Beware of trading your vehicle in with this dealer. I traded mine in last year 8/26/2022 and I am just getting a certified letter from a towing and service place showing the vehicle STILL registered in I traded mine in last year 8/26/2022 and I am just getting a certified letter from a towing and service place showing the vehicle STILL registered in my name! is accumulating bills in excess of $1,163.00 plus $25/per day. I just spoke to sales manager Tyler who informed me that this vehicle was sold at auction. I want answers on who dropped the, the dealer DOES NOT PROTECT YOU! So now this vehicle being driven around in my name is nkw my problem! IS THIS A DEALER YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH!!! I's say NOT!!! More

To be honest, because of some previous issues, I had hesitations of purchasing a car from Wilde Honda again. I was really just looking to rule out the Odyssey and Pilot. However, I was lucky enough to hesitations of purchasing a car from Wilde Honda again. I was really just looking to rule out the Odyssey and Pilot. However, I was lucky enough to get Chandler as my salesman. I was honest up front with my hesitations and he just listened and said he hoped to change it. He was down to earth, not pushy. He listened to my wants and concerns. He sent me off for the day to test drive the Pilot. Good move! I fell in love with the Pilot. Chandler was hands on the entire day - helpful, not pushy. Human, not sales-y. I very much appreciated his genuine care for my needs. He also has followed a few times already to see if I have any questions now that I own it. That is extra. So here I am today, almost not stepping foot in here, to writing a 5 star review. Thanks Chandler. I’m glad we picked each other for the day. More
Previous scheduling experience with Wilde Honda in December 2022 left me leery about returning there for continued servicing of my 2020 Honda. Then, I worked directly with Wilde Honda’s John Kocher December 2022 left me leery about returning there for continued servicing of my 2020 Honda. Then, I worked directly with Wilde Honda’s John Kocher, AKA as “Honda John.” John went out of his way personally to be certain that there were no glitches with scheduling the appointment this time, or with directing and completing the work, and arranging transport services. He was courteous, friendly, and easy to work with. Perhaps most important from a technical perspective, he was competent in getting the details of my service visit nailed -perfectly. Through his consistent efforts, he went “well above and beyond” what I had hoped for and restored my trust in Wilde Honda. Thanks again, John Dr. Carol Pinter. Service date 3/2/23 More
My husband and I went to this dealership to sell our used car. This was our first time selling. We worked with Mike, Oli, Ed and Tyler in the process. They promised us a certain amount. We finalized the pape car. This was our first time selling. We worked with Mike, Oli, Ed and Tyler in the process. They promised us a certain amount. We finalized the paper work to receive the money they informed us that we needed to bring the title and had us sign documentation “confirming sale”. We told them the car was purchased out of state so it took us time to get the title. When we did come back we were informed we needed multiple signatures to be signed by somebody in a different state. When we brought back the signed title they said that too much time had passed and we had to argue to get them to pay… ultimately they took 10% off of our price for a problem with the car that was not there when we brought it in. These people cannot be trusted and do not care about customer satisfaction or transparency. They only care about taking as much money from you as possible. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will advise friends and family to go elsewhere in the future. This all could’ve been solved if the staff were more communicative and helpful with people who had not sold a car before. More

I had an excellent experience at Wilde Honda with the salesman, Chandler, in buying my first vehicle. Walking into the dealership, I had no idea what the purchase of a car entailed, but Chandler gracious salesman, Chandler, in buying my first vehicle. Walking into the dealership, I had no idea what the purchase of a car entailed, but Chandler graciously assisted me every step of the way. I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle I purchased beforehand, and Chandler discussed in depth each feature that the vehicle offered. His knowledge of this vehicle was unmatched, and frankly impressed me. The process of financially purchasing this car was made far simpler with both Chandler and Henry's (finance guy :)) knowledge of the process. I was spoken to with both respect and grace, which did not go unappreciated. It is vital to have employees at a dealership that can provide an experience this pleasant to a first-ever car buyer. Purchasing one's first vehicle is no small feat, and can come with plenty of anxiety and nerves. Nonetheless, my experience was met with care, intelligence, and understanding. I would come back to Wilde Honda (and Chandler) in a heartbeat, and would recommend this salesman and this location to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
