Previous scheduling experience with Wilde Honda in December 2022 left me leery about returning there for continued servicing of my 2020 Honda. Then, I worked directly with Wilde Honda’s John Kocher, AKA as “Honda John.” John went out of his way personally to be certain that there were no glitches with scheduling the appointment this time, or with directing and completing the work, and arranging transport services. He was courteous, friendly, and easy to work with. Perhaps most important from a technical perspective, he was competent in getting the details of my service visit nailed -perfectly. Through his consistent efforts, he went “well above and beyond” what I had hoped for and restored my trust in Wilde Honda. Thanks again, John Dr. Carol Pinter. Service date 3/2/23 More
My husband and I went to this dealership to sell our used car. This was our first time selling. We worked with Mike, Oli, Ed and Tyler in the process. They promised us a certain amount. We finalized the pape car. This was our first time selling. We worked with Mike, Oli, Ed and Tyler in the process. They promised us a certain amount. We finalized the paper work to receive the money they informed us that we needed to bring the title and had us sign documentation “confirming sale”. We told them the car was purchased out of state so it took us time to get the title. When we did come back we were informed we needed multiple signatures to be signed by somebody in a different state. When we brought back the signed title they said that too much time had passed and we had to argue to get them to pay… ultimately they took 10% off of our price for a problem with the car that was not there when we brought it in. These people cannot be trusted and do not care about customer satisfaction or transparency. They only care about taking as much money from you as possible. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will advise friends and family to go elsewhere in the future. This all could’ve been solved if the staff were more communicative and helpful with people who had not sold a car before. More

Lori Gong is friendly, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. She makes getting work done on a vehicle as pain free as possible. I had an excellent experience at Wilde Honda with the salesman, Chandler, in buying my first vehicle. Walking into the dealership, I had no idea what the purchase of a car entailed, but Chandler gracious salesman, Chandler, in buying my first vehicle. Walking into the dealership, I had no idea what the purchase of a car entailed, but Chandler graciously assisted me every step of the way. I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle I purchased beforehand, and Chandler discussed in depth each feature that the vehicle offered. His knowledge of this vehicle was unmatched, and frankly impressed me. The process of financially purchasing this car was made far simpler with both Chandler and Henry's (finance guy :)) knowledge of the process. I was spoken to with both respect and grace, which did not go unappreciated. It is vital to have employees at a dealership that can provide an experience this pleasant to a first-ever car buyer. Purchasing one's first vehicle is no small feat, and can come with plenty of anxiety and nerves. Nonetheless, my experience was met with care, intelligence, and understanding. I would come back to Wilde Honda (and Chandler) in a heartbeat, and would recommend this salesman and this location to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
After searching for weeks trying to find a suitable Toyota Rav 4, Wilde Honda popped up on a Carfax search with a beautiful 2012. I was skeptical because 2 other Toyotas had been sold out from under me Toyota Rav 4, Wilde Honda popped up on a Carfax search with a beautiful 2012. I was skeptical because 2 other Toyotas had been sold out from under me from other dealerships and I didn't want to waste my time anymore. I called right away and was greeted by a wonderful salesman, Chandler. There were a couple of bumps along the way with my bank, but Chandler stuck in there with me and after an anxious waiting period, I arrived at the dealership. It was a three hour drive to get to Waukesha, but it was worth it! I brought my father with me to check out the Rav 4, we arrived a little early to walk around and take some pictures of it. It was in amazing condition and just like Chandler had described it. After a couple of minutes, I started looking around for Chandler because the car was gorgeous! Like in a movie, out of the wild blue yonder, in zoomed Chandler on a Segway!!! (I was too impressed and awestruck to snap a picture 😅) It was the best entrance I've ever seen and set a positive fun tone for the rest of my visit to Wilde Honda. I brought my own plates, which I thought was going to be inconvenient, but Chandler was equipped with his own drill to help install them. After an enjoyable test drive, it was paperwork time... Normally not my favorite activity, but Ethan made the financial part of the transaction easy and stress free. I only wish I had the extra money to take advantage of their protection plans, which seemed like an excellent value. Ethan didn't pressure me to take on any additional packages, but provided me with all the information to make an educated decision which I really appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who values their time and sanity, as well as to anyone who appreciates a fun welcoming environment. Thank you, Chandler! Thank you, Ethan!
