My husband and I went to Wilde Honda looking for a preowned CR-V. We worked with John Head who helped us have a positive car buying experience. After having had a negative experience a few years earlier at a different Honda dealer, we came into the dealership knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay for it. John was able to work with us and our price. He made us comfortable and we found ourselves laughing much of the time, rather than being uncomfortable as we negotiated the price. We also worked with someone in financing (I forget his name) and greatly appreciated how thoroughly he went through all the papers and made us feel at ease. We walked out of the dealership with a smile on our faces and feeling good about the decision we had made. We would go back. More

We where looking for a affordable used first car for our daughter. We had been to a couple of used car dealers in the area and walked away very frustrated. Well, it is not HARD to sell a Honda...they basically sell themselves! But Tom Shannon sold us our 4th Honda. He is excellent to work with. Mike said he was fairly new, but he sure seemed to know what he was doing. Knew everything I wanted to know about any cars on his lot. I even just started testing him for fun and he never flinched. Buying cars has always been one of those things you hate to do, but honestly, I had fun. Mike approached selling with a sense of humor and was very laid back. We had just come from a dealership trying to force a car down our throats, so it was very refreshing to deal with Wilde Hondas / Mikes style of selling. I have already told friends about this.
