After having had a negative experience a few years earlier at a different Honda dealer, we came into the dealership knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay for it. John was able to work with us and our price. He made us comfortable and we found ourselves laughing much of the time, rather than being uncomfortable as we negotiated the price. We also worked with someone in financing (I forget his name) and greatly appreciated how thoroughly he went through all the papers and made us feel at ease.
