I had a pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle, but I attempted to follow up with Steve in Financing about misunderstandings about the terms of the extended warranty I purchased. He did not return my first message, and I had to call again. I told him I purchased the extended wraparound warranty with the understanding it would cover the next 100,000 miles, where a talk with the warranty company recently revealed it was only for the next 60,000 miles. I would not have paid as much for the warranty if I knew it was only for 60,000 miles. He did offer to send me paperwork to cancel the warranty, but I have yet to receive it three months later. Extremely disappointed in this aspect of my Wilde Honda experience. More

When I made my choice, he, his manager, and the finance group helped me make the numbers work so I could leave HAPPY in my new-to-me 2011 Pilot. A few of the things I liked best about John were his attention to detail, ability to listen, and that he was not pushy - he wanted to make the sale, but he wanted me to enjoy the experience and leave happy.
