Called in to Wilde Honda and talked with Cambriea about there 2009 HHR they had on there lot. I bought a new CRV last year from James, and I called him to see if I could get back into an Accord. I had one prior to the CRV and loved it. I dealt with Tom Shannon on the purchase of a used 2010 Honda Odyssey and it was a pleasure dealing with him on this vehicle. Even the local Honda regional finance office was amazed that they had not submitted documents nearly three weeks after the vehicle was delivered ....which was approximately one week before a payment would be due .....and Honda is to provide a statement with an account number to allow me to set up automatic payments and can not do anything ....or provide any information until the incompetents of the finance staff do their job.
