Called in to Wilde Honda and talked with Cambriea about there 2009 HHR they had on there lot. When we came in She was right there to greet us and had the car all cleaned up and gassed up ready for us to test drive. Once we had decided that it was the car for us she made the whole paper work proses go nice and easy. I bought a new CRV last year from James, and I called him to see if I could get back into an Accord. I had one prior to the CRV and loved it. I dealt with Tom Shannon on the purchase of a used 2010 Honda Odyssey and it was a pleasure dealing with him on this vehicle. I had been to a number of dealers prior to stopping in and dealing with Tom and Honda Odyssey and it was a pleasure dealing with him on this vehicle. Incidently this was the second car that we have purchased from Tom and I would definitely go back to him for a third. Even the local Honda regional finance office was amazed that they had not submitted documents nearly three weeks after the vehicle was delivered ....which was approximately one week before a payment would be due .....and Honda is to provide a statement with an account number to allow me to set up automatic payments and can not do anything ....or provide any information until the incompetents of the finance staff do their job. We had been looking for a used car for our new teenage driver for over a month. We started out with Craig's List but we weren't finding what we wanted. John Head was great! We went in after having a horrible experience at a different dealership the day before. we were looking for a CR-V and didnt want to be talked into going over our budget again. John was great. he had the car we wanted to look at ready to go when I got there. he was so easy to talk to and didnt try to talk us into a car that was more expensive. he knew our budget and never tried to talk us into something more than we could afford. he made us feel very welcome, as if we were talking to a friend. I bought the car from John feeling very comfortable in my choice, not just because we bought a great car in our price range, but also because we bought it from him. in a few years, when we buy a car for my husband, we will be going back to John.
