His knowledge of the different vehicles was honest and helped us make a decision. After our first visit we walked away to think about it. He stayed in touch with both my daughter and me. We returned a week later to find out out car of choice had been purchased, turns out, Tom was right, it was a great deal. He then began the hard work of finding my daughter another vehicle she absolutely loves. Thanks for making what is normally a dreadful experience, pleasant.
