Just looking for a used vehicle and I wanted a truck haha. It was going to be my first vehicle and purchased on my own since im 21 and have had a steady job for four years and saving up for it. Kelly Schwartz came outside and asked if me and my mom have been helped and said we were just looking. Well Kelly brought us inside and showed us the cars we had looked at outside and the carfax. When I saw the 2002 ford ranger on the site cause my mom and i didnt see it in the front lot. Things went by very quick, and very good. Test drove it, my heart was set, put a couple offers down and bought it! It was a learning experience being a first time and id say went great and i was even more shocked that i got a truck which is what i wanted then to be able to buy it, get approved for a loan and take it home Kelly and Wilde Waukesha made my day and weekend. She did not pressure us into anything, she worked awesome with me and my mom and the day went smooth with our needs, and he was wonderful and offered me and my mom a bottle of ice cold water. The finance process went fairly quick. He also offered my and mom to cookies, coffee and or water. The guy who helped us with financing did his best to get us going as quick as possible and made it enjoyable and good business. Also Kelly asked me when i bought the truck and when she walked me to my biggest purchase haha, if i could please write her a review and said she hasn't gotten much reviews i promised her id write her one for her job done well and being polite and just a cool awesome lady and my first experience at a dealer good. We were in the market for a used minivan and met Tom Shannon. Tom was very helpful in helping us decide between a Pilot and an Odyssey. Although we met on a Saturday, I did not return with my husband Shannon. Tom was very helpful in helping us decide between a Pilot and an Odyssey. Although we met on a Saturday, I did not return with my husband for a test drive until Tuesday. Tom just left a friendly voicemail Monday morning but left us alone for the most part. I contacted him late Tuesday afternoon and he let us test drive the two vehicles we were interested, had them parked next to each other upon our arrive and summarized the main differences between the two. We chose the van we wanted and got a reasonable deal for it. He did not pressure us into anything, he worked with our needs, and he was wonderful with our kids (offering cookies and water). The finance process went quick and the guy who helped us with financing was mindful we had an ansy little girl and he did his best to get us going as quick as possible. Came to the dealership to look at a 2007 Honda Accord we found on AutoTrader. John Head met us in the parking lot and informed us that the car we came to see was out on a test drive. While waiting for the car to return, he offered to show us some other comparable cars. We found out that he had been selling cars for 18 years, so we felt confident that he was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and personable. He found a 2010 Honda Accord that would he was able to fit into our price range. We test drove it and fell in love. After spending 5 hours at the dealership, we were able to ring the gong and leave very happy. Defiantly would recommend Wilde Honda and John Head. Thanks for a great first car buying experience. Our exposure to Wilde began over a year ago. Initial hopes were to purchase a vehicle then... didn't work out. I came into Wilde Honda not quite knowing what I wanted to purchase. Ashley did a great job finding me a CRV in which I could easily get in and out of.
