I drove out from Fon du Lac since I am from the area. My daughter owns a Pilot and recommended I purchase one as well. Matt took me on a test drive and I fell in love with it. I was looking for a first time vehicle for my daughter. She wanted something flashy, I wanted something safe. We had been looking since late May but couldn't find something we agreed on. My daughters birthday was last week & I really wanted a car. My husband & I came into the dealership on a Thursday evening, told Tom what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. Like every other place & private we looked at, nothing was available. But, Tom said he would find us something fun, flashy & safe that was affordable. Less them twelve hours later Tom called with TWO potential vehicles. My husband took half day of vacation and we were of to the dealership. My daughters birthday was that day so I was really hoping this could be the one. Once we arrived Tom informed us that one the cars already sold, not uncommon within the price range we were working with. The one that was available had everything we all wanted; sunroof, tinted window and great sound system for our daughter, safety for us and car hunting finally done! We filled out paperwork, Tom expedited quite quickly, keys in hand and off we went. The look on my daughters face is inexplicable! She was so elicited she almost started to cry. And what does she notice first? The sunroof & tinted windows! Around town she went to show off her new wheels and when she came home that night she was all smiles. Seems as though there is a bit of envy with her friends! Of coarse we told them to go to Wilde Honda Waukesha, ask for Tom & get a fantabulous salesman with an awesome deal! Just looking for a used vehicle and I wanted a truck haha. It was going to be my first vehicle and purchased on my own since im 21 and have had a steady job for four years and saving up for it. Kelly Schwartz came outside and asked if me and my mom have been helped and said we were just looking. Well Kelly brought us inside and showed us the cars we had looked at outside and the carfax. When I saw the 2002 ford ranger on the site cause my mom and i didnt see it in the front lot. Things went by very quick, and very good. Test drove it, my heart was set, put a couple offers down and bought it! It was a learning experience being a first time and id say went great and i was even more shocked that i got a truck which is what i wanted then to be able to buy it, get approved for a loan and take it home Kelly and Wilde Waukesha made my day and weekend. She did not pressure us into anything, she worked awesome with me and my mom and the day went smooth with our needs, and he was wonderful and offered me and my mom a bottle of ice cold water. The finance process went fairly quick. He also offered my and mom to cookies, coffee and or water. The guy who helped us with financing did his best to get us going as quick as possible and made it enjoyable and good business. Also Kelly asked me when i bought the truck and when she walked me to my biggest purchase haha, if i could please write her a review and said she hasn't gotten much reviews i promised her id write her one for her job done well and being polite and just a cool awesome lady and my first experience at a dealer good.
