Recently purchased a 2012 Red Honda Civic from this dealership. The salesperson Beccera was helpful,Showed us cars, helped us, and knew his stuff. He pretty much had us on a deal. Without thinking much, we immediately purchased the car. Everything was fine till now. Next day , when I drove it to my college, I could hear odd sound upon shifting from parking mode to drive mode. Exams were going on so didn’t bother much to report it. But it has been almost a week now and this sound still persists. When I reported it to the salesperson contact, he didn’t seem to be very much interested to help us. He didn’t entertain anything on this any further and this is just a week after sales.If I ever knew this would turn out to be a lemon(possibly) I would have never invested my hard earned money on it. Bad experience. More

Starter went out on our '03 Pilot, so we had it towed to Wilde. My parents had had previous work done there years ago and we hadn't had a problem...until THIS nightmare of a 4 day process. We were quoted almost $1,100 dollars for an aftermarket starter install. Even someone who doesn't know cars very well (like myself) knows that that is nothing less than price-gouging. Sure enough, called another local shop who quoted us at HALF that rate. So we asked them to send their tow over to pick up the vehicle. They recommended calling the dealer first to make sure there wasn't an invoice for the diagnostic. I called the dealership and (when I could finally get a person on the phone) told them we'd be sending a tow and asked if we had any invoices. They said no, so we called the other shop and sent the tow. I work third shift so I finally went to sleep, only to wake up to voicemails from the tow driver saying they had refused to release the vehicle. The invoice that we supposedly didn't have according to their own reps? Yeah, they decided to charge us $73 for the diagnostic (which, apparently, isn't even the full amount they USUALLY charge just to look at your car). After making more calls and trying to figure out what was going on with our family vehicle, I had to call it a day since nobody would call me back. Day 4 of being car-less began with me calling at when the shop opened. I was disconnected once, talked to another rep, and finally was able to get to the service department. I was helped by a woman named Frankie who, quite frankly, was the one beam of sunlight in this entire debacle. After discovering what the invoice was for, some back and forth about the cost of the diagnostic, I was finally able to get a link to pay the invoice online (mind you, I've been doing this entire thing via phone since my family and I needed to use a borrowed car to get home), because apparently they don't take payments via phone due to the new management who bought this place out. The invoice gets paid. And I never want to do this again. Again, the one bright side to this entire experience was the CSR Frankie, who repeatedly empathized with me via phone and tried her best to do what she could to help me out... But whoever actually runs this business now is not only money-hungry but also completely tone-deaf to the customer experience. I will never go back to Wilde again. Don't take your car here, go to a different local shop. More

Eugene Wade & Ludwig Guzman made what felt like an impossible situation good in the end. These guys went out of their way to ensure that we were happy customers with our purchase. They remained professional, compassionate, and honest. Because Ludwig helped us out of a terrible decision, he received commission on a used vehicle as well as a new vehicle. I had a wheel alignment done with some additional work. Over the next couple of months, I noticed noises coming from the wheels. I thought it was a wheel bearing going so I took it to another shop. They told me it wasn't the wheel bearing it was poor tire wear and I needed an alignment. I called Wilde to verify the alignment was done because there was no alignment data with the service report. I have called and left messages multiple times and I have not got one return phone call. More
Beware of trading your vehicle in with this dealer. I just spoke to sales manager Tyler who informed me that this vehicle was sold at auction. I want answers on who dropped the, the dealer DOES NOT PROTECT YOU! So now this vehicle being driven around in my name is nkw my problem! IS THIS A DEALER YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH!!! I's say NOT!!! More

To be honest, because of some previous issues, I had hesitations of purchasing a car from Wilde Honda again. I was really just looking to rule out the Odyssey and Pilot. However, I was lucky enough to hesitations of purchasing a car from Wilde Honda again. I was really just looking to rule out the Odyssey and Pilot. However, I was lucky enough to get Chandler as my salesman. I was honest up front with my hesitations and he just listened and said he hoped to change it. He was down to earth, not pushy. He listened to my wants and concerns. He sent me off for the day to test drive the Pilot. Good move! I fell in love with the Pilot. Chandler was hands on the entire day - helpful, not pushy. Human, not sales-y. I very much appreciated his genuine care for my needs. He also has followed a few times already to see if I have any questions now that I own it. That is extra. So here I am today, almost not stepping foot in here, to writing a 5 star review. Thanks Chandler. I’m glad we picked each other for the day. More
