There is NOTHING!!! this dealer can say to apologize or FAKE Apologize on a public forum!!! How about I give YOU the Dealer a tip: LET THE SELLER KNOW WHEN TRADING IN THEIR VEHICLE THERE IS NO RELEASING THEM FROM THE TITLE IF THE DEALER CHOOSES TO SEND TO AUCTION! So any loser can drive around with a vehicle still under YOUR NAME and anything can happen... in my case just getting a certified letter advising me the vehicle is still registered in my name and accumulating towing and storage charges. I guess I should be lucky it wasn't used in a crime where I could be dealing with a whole different issue! So yes, everyone reading this make sure you follow up with the DMV to show proof of trading your vehile or selling your vehicle to get your name released from the VIN of that vehicle! Anybody doing business with this dealer BEWARE! This is not the first time having issues with them! Never AGAIN!
