Isaac was very accommodating and attentive to my requests. He is an exceptional customer service attendant. Devin is always pleasant to work with and I appreciate his great communication. I wish the service technicians would send better videos though. Would be nice if they sent pictures like Toyota does. I was told my cabin and engine air filters were filthy… would have been nice to see them before I agreed to replacing them (Toyota sends photos of filters so I can see for myself). I was grateful that the Honda technician found the cause of a slow leak in one of my tires (I was told it was a nail and that they patched it). Now that the tires have been rotated, I no longer know which tire was the leaky one. Again, it would have been nice to see the tire patch in the video or at least see a photo of where the nail was in my report. Other than that I am happy with the overall service at Honda and appreciated the car wash before picking up my vehicle. More
Would not buy a car from this place ever again. They gave me a "WE OWE" notice for the repairs. There was a part to be ordered, and we agreed repairs would be done in another shop, but then, withou They gave me a "WE OWE" notice for the repairs. There was a part to be ordered, and we agreed repairs would be done in another shop, but then, without telling me, they tried to do repairs themselves, so now I'm concerned if they did any damages, that's how cheap and dirty the work was performed - wires are still dangling, held by the plastic wire tie, from the bottom of my car. Never got the part they 'ordered' either. They even lost the owners manual and registration papers when detailing the car - whatever that involved, because I found food leftovers and toys under the convers. At least my dealer had no clue about the car's features and simply made up a bunch of stuff about it, like he totally saw a connector for trailer hookup under the car, but had to admit there wasn't one when I couldn't find it and asked him to point it out. Absolutely careless with personal information. I got a car full with a phone book, travel history including owners home address and all the places he or she searched for. The previous owner should've taken care of this, but fair warning. Also, while filling my financial information, their 'main' system wasn't running, so they asked me to use the backup system where I could click on the text boxes and see people who have used it before, SSN #s, phones, places of employment and income. They left me with the computer for a while... probably so I can make a list and check it twice? More
I purchased a used 2019 Honda Van from Wilde Honda and I also purchased the Honda Care Warranty. I only had this van 2 years now. They screwed everything up on the Honda Care Warranty from my name and addre also purchased the Honda Care Warranty. I only had this van 2 years now. They screwed everything up on the Honda Care Warranty from my name and address and also the milage on my van. Also they never said to us that the warranty started when the van was new 2019. I only have 1 year left on this warranty. Not 7 years. I had repairs done at a different Honda Dealership only to find out that the warranty was not in my name. I am still trying to get this all fixed so that I can get reimbursed my money back. My van had only 14,400 miles on it Not 27,000 miles. I am having a hard time with this deal to fix up their mistakes. It's been over a month already and still haven't heard back from them. Every time that I call them I can never get ahold of anyone. When I do get some manager that keeps telling me that he is working on it. Funny thing is that I just called the Honda Warranty and they just fixed it right away. So easy and simple. Know I have to deal with Wilde to see if they will reimburse me my money back that I paid from in repairs already. By the way my van is still not fixed. There is something still wrong with my 2 back sliding doors not shutting and popping back open. It does this intermediate. So they keep saying that they can't figure out why this is happening. Very poor service. I will NOT be dealing with Wilde Honda again. Buyer Beware of these people. Very upset owner of a 2019 Honda van. My older Honda van 2011 never had these door issues. Gail More
