I'm a little dissaponted that I was told my wheel bearing needed to be done, but they failed to alert me this was covered under my Gold extended warranty. Had I not asked, I would've been out hundreds of dol needed to be done, but they failed to alert me this was covered under my Gold extended warranty. Had I not asked, I would've been out hundreds of dollars as it lapsed in 5 days. The woman who assisted me was super nice, informative and helpful. She knew who to ask and how to answer my questionsn efficiently. I also wish they let you know if there are updates to your car stereo/system. More
