Excellent Customer Service I have been on the search for a new car for awhile now. My family has gone to only one dealership for 16+ years. But this time I thought I would see w I have been on the search for a new car for awhile now. My family has gone to only one dealership for 16+ years. But this time I thought I would see what else was out there. I looked online and was able to get in touch with someone who was the Internet manager (Ashley) and she was very nice over the phone, was able to set me up with an appointment that fit my schedule. When I walked into Wilde Honda, I seen a lot of busy employees which to me was a good sign. I met Mark McDaniel who from the start was a gentlemen who I could tell cared about customers. I was up front with what I was looking for and what my situation was. He worked with me and took care of me every step of the way. I made an appointment to come back another day as time was running short. Mark and his manager Aaron were going to look into a few cars that would fit what I wanted. Sure enough I came back and I had a few options that I enjoyed. After I filled out some paperwork I met Ashley personally who was very enthusiastic and had a wonderful attitude. She took the time to talk to me and understand my situation. I then met with a finance manager (Sorry, i forgot his name) which was just wonderful! Unfortunately, due to the situation with the car i own now, buying a car wouldn't be possible for another few weeks. All in all, this dealership deserves a 5 star rating based on their excellent customer service. They truly make sure their customers are taken care of. I will be returning in a few weeks to purchase a car because of this. Mark is a very understanding and energetic salseman who understands a customers needs. He didn't pressure me nor try to push me away because I could not make a purchase the day I wanted. Instead he said he would follow up with me in a specific time frame. I will be a returning customer! Keep it up Honda, you're doing great! More

A Lazy Sunday afternoon Dear Sirs I just left Church yesterday and I thought the dealership would be closed so I could check this Lexus I saw on the internet in peace as I Dear Sirs I just left Church yesterday and I thought the dealership would be closed so I could check this Lexus I saw on the internet in peace as I stopped my car a young man approched me and I said what are you doing working Sunday he stated that It was his day off and wanted to sell me a car I really didn't need to buy a car but the experience I had with Eduardo Gonzalez was one that made me look at the car again no pressure , no fast talk just two men enjoying the day beautiful Florida weather and talking about cars .I bought the car but first I told him what I wanted for my car and what I could pay in payments and couldn't pay any more on my limited income .What a asset you have in this Gentleman Eduardo working for you he listened to me and didn't hustle me very important I know when I'm hustled I'm 62 years old and have boaught 59 cars for myself and family I love cars it's my sixth car I'v bought from Wilde 3 jags a volvo ,and a honda from this delership for a girlfriend Diane Hardee about three years ago and this beautiful 2001 Lexus ls 430 . I must say that this Gentleman Mr Gonzales changed my mind about the hassel of buying a car also your sales manager did a fantastic job listening to me about my limited budget and that I couldn't go any more that this amount of course we both moved in to the middle ground I now have a great car with 70K miles that will serve me well for many many years to come .I met a good friend on Sunday in Eduardo and wish I could buy my next 59 cars from him It is a experience I won't soon forget. I will send everyone who wants a new or used car to him as he treats people with respect and kindness and has a soft way about himself I feel that he would be a great manager of your people. Very Grateful for Excellent Service After shopping around at other dealers (various makes), I submitted an online quote request for Wilde. I received a call back easily within a half hour, and ended up scheduling an appointment. All of the staff members that I encountered, from the Receptionist to the New Car Sales Manager, were kind and welcoming. They all knew that I was coming in and had a plan in place for what car I wanted to see. Michael P., my salesman, was especially helpful and expeditious in solidifying a deal that met my wants and needs. The environment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Michael took a lot of time showing me things on the car that others from the other dealerships did not, and that built my confidence in having a salesman that really knew about the car I was interested in. Overall, a GREAT experience. I'm grateful for the extra time they put into making this transaction go so smoothly. I highly recommend Wilde Honda! More
