Care about their reputation While shopping for a used car, I found one that I liked and returned with my husband the next day so that he could test drive it. Our salesperson, Ed While shopping for a used car, I found one that I liked and returned with my husband the next day so that he could test drive it. Our salesperson, Eduardo Gonzalez very kindly called me prior to our visit to suggest that we might want to come in earlier as there was another party interested in the same vehicle. Sadly, that party had already applied for financing and purchased the car during our test drive. Eduardo talked with the manager and offered us another vehicle that was priced a bit higher for the price of the original vehicle and the same warranty. They certified the vehicle at my request and basically bent over backward to make us happy. More
