Best Customer Service Experience I was on the market for a used vehicle and found an advertisement for a great price online at Wilde. Since I live about 300 miles away I called and sp I was on the market for a used vehicle and found an advertisement for a great price online at Wilde. Since I live about 300 miles away I called and spoke to a salesman named Waqas Tariq. He was very nice and helpful. We discussed in length the features I wanted to have in the vehicle and the value of my trade in. After the phone discussion I completed the credit application and drove to the dealership. Just in time too as there was another family looking to purchase the vehicle i wanted. The process was pretty quick as he had already drawn up the most of the paperwork. Very Thankful he did this before I got there because I had a 3 year old and an infant with me. I left the dealership within a few hours and was very happy with the purchase until about 10 minutes from the dealership when I noticed one of the main features I wanted was missing. I called Waqas and he tried to resolve immediately by calling his boss however I left the dealership about an hour after they were suppose to close and they were closed on sunday. He assured me that first thing on Monday this would get resolved and if I had any questions to call him anytime on his cell phone. (on his personal cell phone. I have never heard of this before) Sure enough first thing on Monday a plan was put into place to remedy the situation. Not a week later and I have everything I wanted and although a little inconvenient it showed me how important customer satisfaction means to them and I was not just another deal they closed and cast aside. I will be going back for the next car in a few years and will be happy to drive the 300 miles for their excellent customer service and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Waqas and Aaron for turning a negative situation into a pleasant one. More

My most excellent car buying experience My Saturday started out the same searching through various car buying websites with a cup of coffee hoping to find the car we have been looking for. I My Saturday started out the same searching through various car buying websites with a cup of coffee hoping to find the car we have been looking for. I decided to look at Wilde Honda's website for a certified Pilot and was pleasantly surprised the number of Pilots they had on the lot. I chatted on line with someone regarding the Pilot I was interested in and decided I would make the trip. I have about an hour drive so we scheduled an appointment to which Chris Krause contacted me and said he would be helping me in our search. From the moment I walked in Chris met us at the door and we began our search. Chris was very open and honest and helped us determine what truly made sense for us. My wife and daughter and I spent most of the afternoon and into the early evening completing the transaction. Not once did we feel pressured or have the feeling of being hurried even though Chris's scheduled work hours were until 5pm he stayed until after 7pm to make sure everything went well. Chris is an outstanding salesman and should get an award for his positive attitude and willingness to make it right. Outstanding human being. More

Extremely happy!!! Diego and Joey were great to work with. my new car was immaculate when I picked it up & they filled it with gas. Diego was great about working out a deal and making sure we were 100% happy with the car, and they were both very friendly. I am so happy with my new car and the ease of purchasing my car at this dealership. We found minor damage to the front grill and they looked up the replacement price and gave us a little extra for installation. Great experience overall!!! More
