Great Customer service for unsatisfied customer I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Accent from Wilde Honda (this is my 5th car I’ve purchased throughout the yrs.) However, this car broke down after 1 month I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Accent from Wilde Honda (this is my 5th car I’ve purchased throughout the yrs.) However, this car broke down after 1 month of having it. The Accelerator went. Blew everything costing me over 1000.00 in repairs and 3 visits to the Hyundai Dealer Service Center. I finally contacted Wilde Honda telling them my problem. Chris Krause and Aaron worked together to get me into a better car. Even exchange. I couldn’t believe the hard work Chris did to satisfy me. For my issues they even threw in a free repair on the new trade in I got. Which I think is a better car anyway!!! Thanks Chris! Shannon & Misty Thomas More

Loving my Honda Fit I bought a used 2008 Honda Fit here last week after doing tons of research, and after test driving several different Honda Fits at different locations I bought a used 2008 Honda Fit here last week after doing tons of research, and after test driving several different Honda Fits at different locations, I was impressed with this place the most. The car I went to see runs like a dream (unlike one I saw where the engine light came on during my test drive!), was spotless and beautifully detailed (unlike another one I test drove that was filthy inside and out! gross), and drove well without noises or strange feelings from the get-go (unlike two that I saw where the brakes felt like they were scraping!). I had Jon Kent as my sales rep and he gave me lots of time to test drive and consider the car, and was attentive to contacting me without being super annoying like some dealers can be. The car had just been listed and he offered to take pictures of the car for me when I contacted him first using the online site, and made sure the car had been put through the inspection and they were just finishing up with the cleaning of the vehicle when I came to see it. I decided to buy the car the next day and everything went smoothly. When I got home I noticed some tiny chips in the windshield and being anxious I called right away, and Jon told me they would take care of it at no cost. I've already put 250 miles on the car in less than a week and it's just as perfect as when I bought it. Overall very pleased with the dealership and my sales representative Jon. More
