Horrible experience We have had nothing but issues with our 2011 Honda Odessey since we bought it in April. In a few months we have had two catilac converters go, window issues, tire pressure issues, both sliding door issues and human error issue of not tightenongba bolt, which almost caused us to get into an accident!We bought this vehicle to be reliable and safe for my family and it has been a nightmare for us! Horrible Experience Wilde Honda has been my only painful experience buying a car. After the terrible process of actually buying the car I drove home only to find a broken Wilde Honda has been my only painful experience buying a car. After the terrible process of actually buying the car I drove home only to find a broken tail light and chipped paint where it already oxidized. I snapped dated photos but had to wait until monday to contact as they were closed already. After calling and setting up an appointment to have this fixed, I arrived only to have the service department tell me they didnt have the parts and knew nothing about it. Hector, the worst salesperson I ever met gave me an attitude and implied I did the damage. After a small argument there he said he would order the part and call me back. A week went buy with no call back. After this it has been back and forth with him and his manager Rod who has yet to call me back. At one point Hector called and said the part was in. Well now the center display went out on the car and I called to set an appointment to have both fixed. The service department claimed my tail light was never ordered and told me to call Hector. I called Hector and he acts confused everytime and says he cant order parts. Today I was told Rob and Hector were to talk and call me back. Of course that never happened as the manager Rod does not call anyone back. So I called again (probably the 30th-40th time) only to have Hector tell me that it has been too long now and they refuse to fix the broken tail light they sold me. I will contact Honda headquarters and the Better Buisness Bureau to address the shady buisness practices at Wilde Honda. I would advise no one to ever step foot at Wilde Honda. More
Excellent customer service from Jon Andrews I came to Wilde Honda to look at a used car . Jon informed me it had already sold. Jon then searched and found a similar car which he brought to the f I came to Wilde Honda to look at a used car . Jon informed me it had already sold. Jon then searched and found a similar car which he brought to the front door for me to look at . It was just what I was looking for. Took a test drive to find the exhaust making a noise. Jon didn't hesitate to get it to service to fix. Jon called me twice with updates then called to say the car was ready to pick up. Jon had the car fixed and detailed within a couple hours ... excellent service !! Jon has also emailed and called after the sale to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase ! More

Terrible Service The salesperson lied about a 'reconditioning fee' that was required, which instead was the package for any internal/external maintenance. The 'financing' person helped us to get that removed after we informed him that we were told it was not optional. But then he quick-talked us into adding a warranty that we had already declined. After having to write up the paperwork 3 times because of their shenanigans, we were finally able to leave. It was a terrible experience and I would absolutely not recommend this dealership. More

However I feel strongly he would’ve stuck by my side until I found MY car. I knew it right away. I also spoke with Gary in Finance. A genuine kind soul who offered but did not push me into anything extra. I would’ve loved to have added some additional maintenance but chose not to. Both of these gentlemen I would be more than happy to refer friends and family to. They went the “extra mile” in all aspects. Thank you. I’m wild about Wilde!! Stop in to see them for your next car.
