I bought a brand new '26 Honda CRV from this dealership and the pre/post purchase experience has been nothing but horrible. I've been experiencing issues with the car and whenever I get in contact with and the pre/post purchase experience has been nothing but horrible. I've been experiencing issues with the car and whenever I get in contact with them, they brush it off saying that it's normal. When the car does get taken in (which they do take in after so many requests), they claim that they have diagnosed and fixed the issue. Much to my surprise, the issues still persist. I've been dealing with multiple issues with this car for three months and Wilde Honda is not making it any easier on me as their customer communication is deplorable. When contacting them, irrespective of them being a service advisor or the general manager, they don't respond nor take the time to call back. They don't seem to mind that the customer is suffering. They wouldn't even provide any documentation of my service visits even after asking multiple times. Their only response when I ask is you don't need it, it's in the system. It just seems like they are trying to pass time with customers. I'd highly avoid this dealership. They are very manipulative with their customers by acting so nice when buying the car but once they got your money, good luck trying to get in contact with them for anything. Look elsewhere when shopping for a Honda. More
