Don’t do it! Purchased a ‘Certified Used Car’ from Wilde a few months ago. Fast forward to today when we were told it will cost more to fix than it’s worth. MANY r Purchased a ‘Certified Used Car’ from Wilde a few months ago. Fast forward to today when we were told it will cost more to fix than it’s worth. MANY repairs made to the car prior to purchasing it were done incorrectly and now it’s junk. Not sure what Certified means in their book. More

Was lied to about price, lied to about what extra warranty really covered and lied to about when parts would be in. Do not get calls back, get blamed for not getting ahold of correct person yet when calling you get transferred to 4-5 people, all who claim they can’t help but will take your info plus transfer you to correct person to have it all repeated. Sales rep Logan blamed me for not calling him directly. Was lied to, pressured and harassed by finance, Mike, told missing paint was not covered in warranty would be if you bought it but then told I had to pay to fix it when tried to get it fixed. Can’t get parts I paid for or paint fixed without paying for these things that we were assured were covered and taken care of in first place. Story changes each time you call, then everyone you have dealt with all of a sudden claim ignorance or get told it is other guys job because they can’t come up with any new lies and stall tactics. I would love to return the new vehicle and tell them where they can put it along with the lies they tell just to make a deal. Once you sign they do not care about service, promises or satisfaction. They got their money and you are no longer of use or concern to them. Terrible customer service, terrible knowledge of staff. Great at “making the deal” to look good on numbers board. No concern for return business as don’t care once you walk out door. GM did not resolve issues as promised. More

Empty promises before purchase. Lies about repairs Never again! My wife went there and they agreed to fix several things wrong before delivering the car to us a couple hours away. It came and none of Never again! My wife went there and they agreed to fix several things wrong before delivering the car to us a couple hours away. It came and none of the items were fixed. They picked it up and delivered it two days later. I had a text message with a punch list to used car manager of him agreeing what was to be done. When the car was returned, the rear latch still was sticking from corrosion, they said it was professionally detailed which obviously wasn’t, they said chip in windshield was repaired and the “new” chip must have happened while being delivered. The chip was in exact same spot and they conveniently don’t have receipts for either the detailing or windshield chip. They bluffed and offered to take it back and refund but won’t get back to me. Question Honesty or Sales Tactics I test drove a car in the afternoon and asked to bring my wife back to test drive in the evening. I had every intention to buy car but was told they I test drove a car in the afternoon and asked to bring my wife back to test drive in the evening. I had every intention to buy car but was told they could not hold vehicle. I called to set up test drive in evening, confirmed car was available, sat down with salesman, then was told car sold. I was on the lot when dealership closed and saw the car sitting in front of sales office where I had left it after test drive. That car is still listed on their website and confirmed car is still for sale. I don't know if they did not want to sell to me, possibly confused about my request to buy the car, or use the vehicle to lure people onto to lot in order to sell other cars. This was the strangest, most confusing car buying experience I have ever had. More

Horrible experience, do not go here Came to get a new car, they wouldn’t take an out of state check even though I had line of credit stating I had up to $7,000 of line of credit approved Came to get a new car, they wouldn’t take an out of state check even though I had line of credit stating I had up to $7,000 of line of credit approved by a bank. The car I was buying wasn’t even close to $5,000. I had to go back to Michigan and send them a cashiers check over night and then came back to the dealership a week later (another 6 hour drive there and 6 hours back) finally got the car and got a temporary plate. The dealership knew the car was wisconsin insured as I had told them I was from Wisconsin and my insurance was wisconsin insurance (only living in Michigan right now during college). My mother and I went to get my current plates transferred to the new car and were told we couldn’t because BY LAW wisconsin car dealerships have to register the plates for cars that they have sold. We called the car dealership and told them this, this was three weeks ago. They keep saying they will tell their boss and have them call me or my mother and we haven’t been called back by them at all. We keep calling back and they keep not responding or saying sorry and that they will fix the issue and call us back. I still have no plates and my temporary one expires in 6 days. At least the car was a good deal but definitely not worth all of this hassle. Horrible customer service. More
