Absolutely HORRIBLE! !! Not only did the employees gaslight 3 separate occasions that they will fix the situation only to be ghosted and nothing handled. Only care about l !! On October 16, 2025 I left a negative review in accordance with my nieces experience in purchasing a used vehicle here. My review stated that within two weeks of purchase the vehicle needed THOUS accordance with my nieces experience in purchasing a used vehicle here. My review stated that within two weeks of purchase the vehicle needed THOUSANDS of dollars worth of repairs. When reaching out to the salesman and service center she was blown off. After the review, the General Manager James Reifenrath replied to the review to have my niece reach out to him. She did. She emailed him the situation, screenshots of conversations with her salesman, what happened with service center and copies of the reports, estimates (and paid bills for some) of all the repairs needed. Crickets. No reply back, no phone call. My niece works hard, she's also a nursing student, all she wanted was a safe reliable car, shame on this dealership for taking her money and not being honest about the vehicle and issues. I couldn't find a way to update the previous review, this is an update to let people know that those replies you see about dealership wanting to make things right...are just smoke. More
