I cancelled my initial appointment because the details of my tire purchase were not yet worked out. I inquired via text, email, and phone. When I got to the day before the appointment without a response, I bumped the appointment out two weeks. On the day of my eventual appointment, I would have liked to do an oil change and was surprised that wasn't part of the service. That part is probably on me, as I signed off on the work order and it wasn't listed. Lastly, the work on my car was completed in the quoted timeframe, but the car sat waiting for 40+ minutes while I waited to be invoiced in the lobby.
