Poor and slow service. Courtesy shuttle was over an hour late and even then my car was not finished when I did arrived. I was told the manager was going to come out and talk to me and was expecting an apology for the service and did not receive one apology. Was told that they lost my paperwork and at the moment didn’t know where my car was. Staff was completely inept and disorganized. Part of my service that day was complimentary from previous poor service which I was told would be credited to my account and they almost charged me for it because they had changed systems. Completely unacceptable! I would change service locations but unfortunately I have a service package with them. This is the third service trip in a row that was untimely, slow, and with complete lack of professionalism. Honestly I don’t know how this place gets 4 star reviews! More
