I have had several visits to Wilde East Towne Honda and have been please each time. Prompt service, they keep you informed, nice waiting area, and reasonable prices. I can not say enough about Mike and his wonderful customer service skills!! He might not know this but he made my day on 10/15/13. I was so worried about having to come up with the money to pay for new front break pads, I figured out the money and brought my car in. Unfortunatly my car ended up needing all 4 pads and all 4 rotors. I was kinda freaking out but I had to get it done. I did not say anything to Mike, but when I came to pick up my car I was lost for words. Without even saying a word to him, he simply said "I felt we needed to take care of you" I have never felt so thankful in my life!! Thank you Mike and thank you Wilde Honda!!! :-) More
Heather provides excellent customer service-she is always friendly, courteous and helpful. I purchased a used 2009 Accord from Wilde Honda Waukesha because the location was closer to home even though Wilde Honda Madison is closer to work. After having the car for one year, the noise from driving because the location was closer to home even though Wilde Honda Madison is closer to work. After having the car for one year, the noise from driving was getting unbearable and the transmission light on the dashboard began flashing. I took the car to Wilde Madison for service and even though I did not purchase the car from them, they provided me a loaner vehicle to use over the weekend till I could have the transmission serviced. Mike had a full inspection done on my vehicle and outlined the potential costs for the alignment being fixed and the tires being replaced due to cupping and unusual wear. The battery also needed to be replaced even though I was told from Wilde Waukesha that it was new when I purchased the car. A couple months later I returned to have my alignment fixed, tires replaced, battery replaced, and transmission fluid flushed. They did all of this service in less than four hours, provided me a shuttle to and from work, and charged less than $600. Everyone I worked with was very professional and polite. They have earned a customer not only for future service but when it comes to buy my next car. More

From the moment I called to make an appointment, I have had nothing but the best experience with Wilde Honda Service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The waiting room is spacious, welcoming and clean, and there is even a Green Room on the roof for kids to play while waiting. My son didn't want to leave! I'm sold on this place. More

What really stood out for me was the honesty, straightforward approach they took and got the vehicles that I wanted and needed. My girlfriend came along to help pick out her new car and was put at ease. It is not an easy thing for her to do sales and allocated most of the work to me. She stepped away excited, at ease and satisfied with her purchase. They recommended add-ons that made sense for our life. Kevin in financing was a joy to work with. He gave advice to improve credit, dealt with the DMV for me with what could have only amounted to confusing and helped guide me like the professional he truly is. Each time I have visited since for the free car wash (something I admittedly take quite advantage of) I am treated with respect and all my questions and concerns are answered. Mike Spellman from the shop has handled all of my questions and gone above and beyond for me. My dog puked on my carpet in the car and Josh from detailing took the time to get the stain out and even vacuumed up my seats for me for no charge. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. They even are dog friendly and offered treats, water and some food. Truly a place that goes out of its way to make sure you feel like family (even the furry ones). More
Yesterday I needed to visit the dealer in a mini emergency! A rodent found its way into my heating motor. Mike was great from the beginning! He was able to get me in right away genuinely realizing how the smell was affecting me. He was a perfect balance between humor and understanding. He took my situation seriously by working with his team to remove the deceased rodent but also made me laugh through the whole experience. He found a few other things that needed attention and sat down and explained the issues in a respectful and professional manner. I was so impressed with him and his customer serivce. Mike also introduced me to Joe, the service technician that worked on my car. I thought that this gesture showed Mike's respect for his whole team, taking the time to give credit to the person who did the job. Wow, I will definately visit this dealer again if all the employees are like Mike. Not only will I return to have my old Honda (with180K miles) serviced here but I will returnI buy my next Honda! This was my first visit to Wilde East Towne Honda. It was extremely easy to schedule a same-day appoinment for a battery replacement. Beginning with my phone call, Cheryl Batease demonstrated excellent customer service. When I came in person for my appointment, she was very helpful, proactively obtaining information to my questions, arranging additional services I requested and prepared an estimate of the charges she expected for the services. She also made me feel very welcome, as did Tom, the other service advisor in the area. I should also state that the receptionist showed me to the area where Cheryl was and also asked me if I'd like a beverage. Chreryl aso came to the waiting area and updated me on what was happening, which I appreciated. When my car was ready, she brought me the service charges and paperwork (she was within $7 of the estimate). She also gave me additional information on my car as this is the first Honda I have ever owned. Cheryl also gave me her work schedule for the remainder of the week in case I need to contact her about a follow-up issue. Based on this wonderful experience, I will not hesitate to bring my car back for all maintenance and refer Wilde East Town Honda to anyone I know that is looking for service and/or to purchase a new vehicle. I know that when I am ready for my next car, this is where I plan on purchasing it. More
