I stopped at Wilde on my way from Minneapolis to Chicago with a windshield cleaner problem late on a Saturday afternoon. It had been snowing and I couldn't drive into Chicago without the windshield sprayer with a windshield cleaner problem late on a Saturday afternoon. It had been snowing and I couldn't drive into Chicago without the windshield sprayer working. There were other customers, and Cheryl, who was very helpful and informative, made me aware that they may not be able to resolve the problem in such a short time. But before long, I heard from Joe and the problem had been fixed. Joe explained the issue and made a few suggestions, and I was on my way. People like Cheryl and Joe have me committed to always owning Hondas. I frequently drive Chicago to Minneapolis, and it's nice to know that Wilde Honda is just off the freeway in Madison. More

I brought my 2011 Honda Accord in to Wilde East Towne Honda for the first time. Not only was I able to come in at a convenient time for me so I didn't have to take time off of work, but the staff (all o Honda for the first time. Not only was I able to come in at a convenient time for me so I didn't have to take time off of work, but the staff (all of them, and in particular, Cheryl and Ross) were AWESOME! It was the best customer service I've ever received at a car service center. I will definitely come back to Wilde East Towne for all my vehicle needs. A special thank you goes out to Cheryl and Ross. I brought my VW in to have the tires changed. I was told to pull my car in front of the service doors and they will automatically open to let me in. Before I had my car in park Cheryl was already on the way to pull my car in front of the service doors and they will automatically open to let me in. Before I had my car in park Cheryl was already on the way to my door to greet me and confirm the services I came in for. She was courteous and professional in her work and made me feel extremely comfortable with brining my car to this dealership and in setting me up in their customer lounge so I could get some work done. She gave me an expectation of how long it would take and she was right on the money. As I sent a few emails for work, I could over hear Cheryl working with other customers. She took a personal interest in each person she dealt with. I almost felt like she was the corporate trainer teaching a class on how to deliver great service to customers. If you want to be treated with great professionalism and respect, call Wilde East Towne Honda, and ask to work with Cheryl!!! More

Had some service done through a different person there and was not happy but Cheryl turned my experience totally around and made me happy, not only with the Customer Service, but with the entire service and was not happy but Cheryl turned my experience totally around and made me happy, not only with the Customer Service, but with the entire service experience. She is the example of what customer service should be. Checking with the customer during the process, making sure all items are corrected to the customers liking, and checking again after the service is done to be sure all is well. I don't know what kind of reward program is there for excellent customer service but Cheryl deserves it!!!!! More

Wilde East Towne Honda is closer to our home so we take both our 2014 and 2008 Jeep Patriot to them for service. I have been absolutely overwhelmed by their service! Mike Spellman is always courteous and friendly! He instantly comes across as a person who wants to help you! He greets you as though you're family or a close friend. As a Service Advisor, Mike is personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. I have had several visits to Wilde East Towne Honda and have been please each time. Prompt service, they keep you informed, nice waiting area, and reasonable prices.
