Service experience I went in for my first COMPLIMENTARY oil change since buying my 2013 CR-V and also requested a tire rotation. The vehicle I purchased was defective. It stalled after only one month. I had it towed to Wilde East Towne Honda and I was not satisfied with the results in my effort to have it repaired. I had to replac only one month. I had it towed to Wilde East Towne Honda and I was not satisfied with the results in my effort to have it repaired. I had to replace spark plugs and the power steering pump. Wilde East Towne Honda performed a diagnostic test and denied finding problems, other than a misfire. Prior to having it towed to the shop, I had a diagnostic test done and received a print-out of numerous problems. Wilde East Towne Honda did not have the capability of printing the diagnostic test reading as this is what I was told. They admitted doing an inspection and making numerous repairs to the vehicle prior to it being sold. However, It is my belief that they were hiding what was found in an effort to conceal that they sold a defective vehicle. I incurred a costly out of pocket expense for repairs and with this I am very displeased. More

I made an unscheduled visit to Wilde at the end of the day on a Friday to have them look at scratch on my car caused by running over a branch in the road. Even though I did not have an appointment, I rece day on a Friday to have them look at scratch on my car caused by running over a branch in the road. Even though I did not have an appointment, I received very prompt attention. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to almost completely buff out the scratch, and they did not even charge me for the wonderful and speedy service. I could not be happier with the service I received. I would HIGHLY recommend Wilde East Towne Honda. More
