Nick Moderson-Kox was my Service Advisor and he was very polite, customer friendly and listen well to what I wanted to have completed. My car was serviced in less time than expected and everything was done that I requested. Recently my car had been keyed and I asked Nick to give me a cost estimate to see how much it would cost to get it fixed. Nick had Josh look at the scratch (about 4 - 5 inches long) and Josh was able to buff it out. I couldn't be more pleased with Josh's work. Looking at the car you would never know that it had been keyed! A special thank you to Josh for the great job he did fixing the scratch on my car and to Nick who provided me excellent service today. More

Service experience I went in for my first COMPLIMENTARY oil change since buying my 2013 CR-V and also requested a tire rotation. Nick found me a discount/coupon cutting I went in for my first COMPLIMENTARY oil change since buying my 2013 CR-V and also requested a tire rotation. The vehicle I purchased was defective. It stalled after only one month. I had it towed to Wilde East Towne Honda and I was not satisfied with the results in my effort to have it repaired. I had to replac only one month. I had it towed to Wilde East Towne Honda and I was not satisfied with the results in my effort to have it repaired. I had to replace spark plugs and the power steering pump. Wilde East Towne Honda performed a diagnostic test and denied finding problems, other than a misfire. Prior to having it towed to the shop, I had a diagnostic test done and received a print-out of numerous problems. Wilde East Towne Honda did not have the capability of printing the diagnostic test reading as this is what I was told. They admitted doing an inspection and making numerous repairs to the vehicle prior to it being sold. However, It is my belief that they were hiding what was found in an effort to conceal that they sold a defective vehicle. I incurred a costly out of pocket expense for repairs and with this I am very displeased. More
