I went there for my first few scheduled maintenance appointments and was very pleased with their work. I work in Madison, so when Wilde Honda East Towne opened I decided to give them a try. I have been there twice and I could not be more satisfied with their work. My service advisor is Mike Spellman. Mike is very professional, communicates well, and has an excellent grasp of the subject material. I highly recommend both Wilde Honda East Towne and Mike Spellman. More

Great Customer Service! I had clipped my sideview mirror on my garage, and of course, it broke off. I was able to get my car into the Honda service the very next day, and the I had clipped my sideview mirror on my garage, and of course, it broke off. I was able to get my car into the Honda service the very next day, and the repair was completed two days later. The entire staff was extremely friendly, directing me to where I needed to pull my car up, and showing me where to wait. My mechanic was exceptionally friendly. He did a wonderful job explaining how he would repair my car, gave me a quote, and even priced matched the cost of the repair from another Honda dealer. I came back two days later with a car that looked like it had never been damaged! Everyone was helpful and efficient and did a great job fixing my car! More

Express service oil change was the best! I love that I was able to come in without an appointment and get my oil changed and tires rotated - talk about no hassle!
