Even scheduled an appt and was told it wasn't needed after it was. Also, wish there was more communication when car is dropped off. I always have to call for an update. The loaner cars are nice. I keep coming back because of that and the free tire rotation if you buy tires there. Right now they are scheduling far out. I am sure it is due to staffing like most places. More

Darius was very nice and helpful. It seemed like the service dept. was understaffed though since Darius was multitasking and there didn't seem to be anyone else around. When I called to make my service appt., nobody ever picked up the phone, so the admin person answered my questions and scheduled my appt. Unfortunately, our services were not done the day we expected them to be. Thankfully, we were given a loaner car so that we were not without a vehicle.
