Cheryl is awesome! I really appreciated all the help that Cheryl gave me today! I've had issues in the past going to get my car serviced and have been made to feel dumb I really appreciated all the help that Cheryl gave me today! She fully explained everything to me and answered my questions in a way that I could understand. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything fully. The other staff was nice as well, but Cheryl in particular was wonderful. The only downside of the whole experience (aside from needing my car fixed) was the price; however, I did receive great service from Cheryl and I believe the mechanics fixed the problem perfectly. Nail in tire. My tire pressure light went on in my Prius. I took it to the service dept., and the guys checked it out. They found a screw in my tire causing a slow leak. Nick gave me estimates on new tires, but he was also open to me checking around town for "the best deal." I liked that I wasn't pressured into purchasing from Honda. I had my grandson with me, and he would not have been good for another 45 min. (the time it would take to put the new tire on). Nick was happy to schedule me for the following day, allowing me to check other prices and to come back in the morning without my grandson. This also allowed me to tack on a Trident treatment for a coffee stain in my hatch area. I called around for tire prices, and Honda's estimate was totally in line with what I heard from the local tire shops. I came back the next AM at 8, and Nick got me in and out within an hour including cleaning my coffee stained mat. I was happy with the price and happy with Nick's wonderful customer service! More

Great Customer Service! We were on our way from Minneapolis to Chicago, when we decided to stop in Madison for lunch. While driving near the mall, a woman hit us. With two small kids in the car we were concerned about continuing our trip and needed to have our Pilot checked out. Louis H. and Cheryl B. were so great to make us a priority and get the car checked out. The car was out of alignment and they were able to get it corrected and get us back on the road in no time. Their hospitality was so kind, offering us snacks and drinks. A really great atmosphere and nice people, who provided wonderful customer service, which is why we keep coming back to Honda. We own two Hondas and will continue to buy Honda not only for the great cars, but for the excellent customer service. Both make a difference and that's why Honda has our loyalty. Excellent customer service! Wow, very impressed with the customer service at Wilde East. The people were so helpful and friendly. Wilde East Side Honda is the best!! I already wrote on review but i have to write another one. One day after i got my car i noticed a could of minor scratches on my car so i took it back I already wrote on review but i have to write another one. One day after i got my car i noticed a could of minor scratches on my car so i took it back to get touched up. When i got there we found out that they did not have to touch of paint for my color of car. Shawn Stittleburg told me to go down to Toyota and get some touch up paint but at the time i didn't have any money so i told him this. he then proceeded to give me money so that i could go buy the paint and then he touched up my car him self. I couldn't believe that he did this and it made me super happy and want to come back again! I love the customer service that this place has everyone is so friendly and their mission is to help people not screw them over. GO TO WILDE EAST SIDE HONDA!!!! More

Excellent service Mike Spellman! I recently called Mike franctically trying to obtain a key for our Honda. The keys were lost and the car was out of town. Mike went above and beyond by having a key ready for us approx. 30 minutes after the phone call and also provided us with the name and phone number of the Honda dealer closest to our location. He also provided the name of a towing company where we were at and assured us it would be ok. Thank you Mike!! More
