Excellent service department I bought my 2012 Fit at the Waukesha Wilde Honda dealership. This was my second Honda from Wilde, and I was so pleased with their service department I bought my 2012 Fit at the Waukesha Wilde Honda dealership. This was my second Honda from Wilde, and I was so pleased with their service department that I drove quite a bit further to get to Waukesha rather than get it serviced in the Madison area. When Wilde opened up their Madison dealership I gave it a try because it was much closer for me than Waukesha. During my first few visits I worked with Mike Spellman who exceeded my expectations each and every time. One visit was a walk-in appointment after a strange noise emitting from the front right wheel. A co-worker who is a very good DIY mechanic could not diagnose the issue so I took it in to Wilde after work. Mike had me bring it in, and 30 seconds after I drove it in he correctly diagnosed as a bent brake backing plate, and had it fixed in 20 minutes. After Mike was promoted to Assistant Service Manager, I worked with Louis Hardin on my last visit. Again, my expectations were exceeded. I am a very satisfied Wilde East Towne customer, which will definitely play a significant factor in my next new vehicle purchase. More

Staff found a coupon to save me a few dollars on the service, fixed the hot cocoa machine so my kids could have a treat, and even made a cocoa for me. Reasonable service, comfortable place. Despite being pre-Thanksgiving busy, they got me in right away and Derek, the technician, diagnosed loose lugnuts. Whew! Good thing we took a chance on this excellent dealership, because the outcome could've been disastrous. Many thanks to Derek and the woman in Service (Cheryl?) who got us in right away. More

Car Wash I came in to get my car washed and Nick immediately greeted me with a big smile. He also noticed the scratch on the front bumper of my car and said he could help me fix that if I wanted him to. That was awesome. I scratched the car two weeks after I had it and I have been in for three or four car washes since then and he was the first one to mention it and suggest he could help. He walked me to the Parts desk and he was able to order the touch up paint. He washed the car, touched up the paint and it only cost me $8 for the paint. Thank you to Nick. He also let me take his picture because I told him he looked a little like Aaron Rodgers and he got a kick out of that. That was the best customer service ever at Honda, even though everyone I have dealt with has been great. Nick was just over the top. More

He changed it and I was ready to go in less than 5 minutes. I was offered a car wash but had to decline. Great service! More

Tony Hernandez is an excellent Service Advisor - from our initial conversation via phone to set up the appointment for today - to carefully writing up the order - through the completion of the service - to reviewing the invoice and walking me to the desk to make the payment, he was thorough and very cordial.
