Above and beyond Our car broke down on a road trip from Chicago to Saint Paul. Wilde East Towne Honda were lifesavers, especially Louis Hardin. We have 2 year old twin Our car broke down on a road trip from Chicago to Saint Paul. Wilde East Towne Honda were lifesavers, especially Louis Hardin. We have 2 year old twins (boys), and were traveling with our dog as well, and we were still 400 miles away from home. They were able to give us a (large enough) loaner car so we could complete our trip, and when our car was repaired Louis drove it up to us to make the switch, so we didn't have to make an 800 mile round trip to get it. We are amazed at how lucky we were to find a dealership and representative who were willing to go so far above and beyond to turn a calamity into a simple inconvenience. More

Yet the VERY old battery in our 2008 Acura MDX decided to give up the "ghost." Must say that the cold got to me too - Made phone a call to a Middleton Acura Dealer - was told they could possibly get us in on Thursday - nice, but it's only Monday.... I told them we had purchased our vehicle used from Wilde East Towne Honda & was hoping to experience the Acura Delaership treatment - I did!! They told me maybe you should try Wilde and see if they can get you in sooner. (Can you believe that??) Since we live in Beaver Dam about 30 minutes from Wilde - I managed to jump start the MDX & headed for Wilde - on hope. Placed a phone call to Nick Moderson-Kox etting him know I was in route & in dire need of a new battery + Oil / Filter change & tire rotation. Pushing my luck here - I know.... Arrived at the dealership and was welcomed as always. Surely today of all days I would be turned away - I thought... But instead, the vehicle was quickly checked in, (Thanks Cheryl) and can you believe within 45 minutes - all of our needs were taken care of? It's true!! Not a chance that the Middleton Acura will get the chance now to help us in the future - but they did have an opportunity. WOW! Is all I could say when Nick Moderson-Cox &7 his team took care of my needs - far exceeding my expectations! Want to do business with a dealership that knows how to take care of customers?? Everyone has a smile on their face and has gone out of their way to help me and answer my questions. Even the nice woman who handled my payment came out to the waiting area to see if I was happy with the program on the television; most comfortable and amenable waiting area of any auto repair shop I have ever had to wait in, by the way. When everything was said and done, the repairs cost me less than expected. I have been here on three separate occasions now and every visit has been just as pleasant and inexpensive. Great job to Wilde East Towne Honda, Cheryl Batease, and the rest of the staff for making, what in the past with other repair shops had been a collection of agonizing experiences, a truly enjoyable visit. Excellent service department I bought my 2012 Fit at the Waukesha Wilde Honda dealership. This was my second Honda from Wilde, and I was so pleased with their service department I bought my 2012 Fit at the Waukesha Wilde Honda dealership. This was my second Honda from Wilde, and I was so pleased with their service department that I drove quite a bit further to get to Waukesha rather than get it serviced in the Madison area. When Wilde opened up their Madison dealership I gave it a try because it was much closer for me than Waukesha. During my first few visits I worked with Mike Spellman who exceeded my expectations each and every time. One visit was a walk-in appointment after a strange noise emitting from the front right wheel. A co-worker who is a very good DIY mechanic could not diagnose the issue so I took it in to Wilde after work. Mike had me bring it in, and 30 seconds after I drove it in he correctly diagnosed as a bent brake backing plate, and had it fixed in 20 minutes. After Mike was promoted to Assistant Service Manager, I worked with Louis Hardin on my last visit. Again, my expectations were exceeded. I am a very satisfied Wilde East Towne customer, which will definitely play a significant factor in my next new vehicle purchase. More
