Tony Hernandez and Steve Gonzagowski are great! I recently took my 2007 Honda Odyssey (which I did not purchase from Wilde) in because I had remembered from an Oil Change that they do free alignment I recently took my 2007 Honda Odyssey (which I did not purchase from Wilde) in because I had remembered from an Oil Change that they do free alignment checks because I had purchased 4 new tires from Costco. When I got there, I was greeted by Tony Hernandez. He was more than happy to check my alignment and run my van through the car wash. I thought to myself, How nice. I did not even ask to have it washed. If that was not enough, I talked to him because I had scheduled to have my timing belt, water pump, auto belt tensioner and serpentine replaced by a local garage where I live because Zimbrick had quoted me $1500.00. The garage in Waunakee had quoted me $725.00 which had included parts and labor and the garage stated that they were using Genuine Honda Parts. Tony had asked me if I had considered coming to Wilde to have the work done. I said that I called and checked but another advisor there had said that I would not be able to have that work done for less than $1000.00 so that is the reason that I scheduled with the local garage instead of Honda Service. Tony said, lets talk to our service manager to see what we can do. I met Steve Gonzagowski, the sercvice director and I explained the situation with the local garage and he reassured me that he would look into this for me to see what they could do to win my business and my trust. I left the dealer and went back to work. Within 20 minutes, Tony had called me back and said that Wilde could do the entire service for $882.00. This way I would be getting Genuine Honda Parts and if something would go wrong, Wilde would stand behind it. I called him back and let him know that I would gladly schedule my service with Wilde. The Total Bill was $881.93. WOW. I was so happy with the service that Tony and Steve provided me with. Both were courteous, friendly and truly cared about my Odyssey and my budget. They saved me $618.00 over what Zimbrick had quoted me and Zimbrick was not even willing to entertain a thought of trying to save me any money at all. Wilde East Towne Honda has definatly won my business and my trust. Tony Hernandez will be my service advior. He is a true pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work Tony. Steve Gonzagowski is a great service director. He knows how to hire great people and he is not afraid to talk to customers directly. That is the true mark of a great manager/director. The problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired free of charge along with a complimentary multi point inspection and car wash. I will definitely go back to this dealership in the future! Thank you! Amazing experience I took my 2005 Honda Pilot in for timing belt/water pump replacement, a new battery, and an alignment. The service advisor, Tom Meier, was very nice and professional. He gave me a price quote and a time quote. The technicians at Wilde East Towne Honda got my Pilot done a full day ahead of schedule, and UNDER the price quote. I can't begin to explain how impressed I was. Tom never once talked "down" to me because I was a female or tried to sell me parts and service that I didn't need, which never happens in my experience. I will gladly bring my Pilot back here again for its next service. More

But... I didn't even buy the car from you! This story is WAY overdue! November 8, 2014 I bought a 2006 Honda Civic from a small used car lot where our family has bought cars for years. This was This story is WAY overdue! November 8, 2014 I bought a 2006 Honda Civic from a small used car lot where our family has bought cars for years. This was the car of my dreams and I was so happy to have it. About a month after I purchased the car, it started to overheat on me. I really didn't think to much of it, I just added some coolant and back on the road I went. Two weeks later, I notice that once again the car is over heating... more coolant. This went on for the next few weeks and then it was every two days that I was needing coolant. I had recently bought a 2013 Honda CRV from Wilde East Town and was so impressed with the customer service, I made an appointment to bring in the Civic to have them check the coolant issue. I had done some internet searching and found that there were certain Civics that had experienced a cracked block and if you met the criteria, Honda was offering to repair or replace the clock. I brought this to the attention of Valerie, the Service Writer who was helping me and she took all of the information I had found for my file. When they took a look at the car, what we found was a cracked head gasket which they replaced for me at a fair price and back on the road I went. That was a Wednesday... on Friday I noticed the temp gauge climbing again, so I called Valerie and we brought the car back in on Saturday. By Tuesday it was determined that I had an internal motor failure and would need to replace the motor. Valarie had gotten me three quotes on blocks and ask that I think it over and let her know which option I wanted to go with. After a few hours of thinking on my options, I called Valarie and requested that Wilde contact Honda Corp. to see if my car would qualify for the repair I had seen online. Here is where I became a life long "Wilde East Town" customer! Not once did Valarie ever not listen to my concerns, in fact I always felt that she treated me as if the car was hers and it was her money being spent! Valarie took my request to Steven Gonzagowski (service manager) who took it to the Honda Rep. Within 24 hours I was notified that even though they could not prove my block was cracked because they could not find a reason for he failure... Honda Corp. agreed to replace the block at no expense to me! I remember saying to both Valarie and Steven... "But... I didn't even buy the car from you!" "That doesn't matter... we want you to be happy with your Honda and we are going to take car of it for you." I can't tell you how relieved I was to hear that! I was looking at a major expense to replace the block, and now a dealership that I didn't even buy the car from was willing to fix it for me at no cost! And fix it they did!! I could not be happier!! Long story short... Valarie and Steven... THANK YOU!!!! You are the best! You listened to my every concerns and you addressed everyone of them in a very professional manner. You were compassionate, kind, professional and friendly and you have earned my trust and respect! You two are the best, and Wilde East Town is my dealership of choice for all my automotive needs! I am very "OCD" about my vehicles so when I noticed a very slight pull on my 2015 Pilot I made an appointment at Wilde East Towne Honda's service department. (also in for the first oil change) I also had the steering wheel centered..again I am over the top OCD!! 1 hour later problem solved, took it out on the highway and everythings perfect!! So excellent job Nick and Derek in service!!! Your'e stuck with me now for the life of my Pilot :) More

The best customer service experience I had in years!!! First of all, I was just bringing my vehicle for maintenance, and they were so flexible in accommodating me. When I showed up, it was only minutes before they explained everything about what they were about to do and how long it would take. They provided me a nice loaner vehicle even though the work was done the same day. When I picked my vehicle up the next day, I was briefed on everything that was done on the vehicle as well as the overall condition. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I felt extremely satisfied with the service and cannot think of anywhere else to bring my vehicle for service next time. From now on, I'm a Wilde East Towne Honda customer for life. More
