Tire problem The front tire got punctured at the gas station at 5:15pm yesterday and called Honda roadside assistance but cancelled because the gas owner helped us The front tire got punctured at the gas station at 5:15pm yesterday and called Honda roadside assistance but cancelled because the gas owner helped us to put the spare tire on. We spoke with Tony Hernandez and told us that the service dept is open until 7pm. Tony was so friendly and very efficient. Tony assisted us in getting the service covered by insurance, too. Tony got the job done so fast even if we came in late around 6:20pm and drove out with the tire changed and fixed. We are so glad that we were able to have Tony assist us. Thank you, Tony and to Honda with the great customer service!!!!!! More

Auto Detailing was Awesome! When my pet had an accident in my car and every other auto detailing place was booked, Wilde East Town Honda was able to help me out in a pinch. Awesome service!! I was so impressed at the quality of service at this Honda dealership. All of the people in the service department were very kind in my unsettling ti I was so impressed at the quality of service at this Honda dealership.
