She kept me updated as to the status of our service and even offered a ride to pick up some lunch. When our service was completed her team did a superior job. Not only was our Pilot beautiful, but her cleaning guru cleaned our son's carseat. Immaculate Job! More
Service after the sale I had a problem with my Pilot pulling left (only sometimes). I took them 2 days because it was a bad cord inside the tire but the kept me updated on I had a problem with my Pilot pulling left (only sometimes). I took them 2 days because it was a bad cord inside the tire but the kept me updated on there progress everyday. I called Craig, the guy who sold me the car, and he meet me at the dealership. He lireraly walked me through the dealership talking with everyone involved in getting my Pilot fixed. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the fix. The service team never once blamed me for the problem or tried to charge me for the labor or parts. Warrenties do not cover allignment or tires. All other dealers need to take notes from Wilde and Craig on how to keep cutomers. Thank you! More

I initially took my car to the dealer I purchased it from to stay loyal, however I had to let them know in advance when I would simply be coming for an oil change since the oil filter wasn't one they typically had in stock. Wilde east opened up and was relatively close to my home. I had a coupon and thought I would give them a try. SO glad I did! They took care of me and my car! :) Even provided a loaner when it was going to be more than a few hours of work. Explained what they were doing thoroughly before it was done, called to check in and let me know estimated time it would be ready, and I don't feel that it was "dealer pricing". Highly recommend them. More

I used to take my Honda to Zimbrick for service but was displeased with their customer service after I purchased a new Odyssey in 2012. I have been thoroughly satisfied with my customer service and attention at WETH and have even recommended to others who own Hondas. All employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure that I am greeted, attended to and satisfied - even beyond my expectations! I will continue to highly recommend WETH to others! More

When they do that free alignment c You need to clone service rep Valerie R. I had noisy steering pump; but that was only the beginning of my issues. When they do that free alignment check right there in front of you, mine was messed up twice within just a few weeks. Finally they found the problem with a bad axle, which messed up the brakes, which messed up the alignment. Glad they found it before I messed up new tires that have only 7,000 miles on them. Long story short Val made sure that axle was paid for by Honda because I had used certified van. She made sure that steering pump was covered by Honda because of service bulletin. My steering had been slow and mushy for so long I didn't know how it was supposed to feel. With 98,000 on it now, I hope to get another 98,000 out of it. Drives like new! Thanks Val! More

I got more value for less money Even though the it took longer than originally expected but that was because they found some other issue with the car. However, they were able to get me out 15 mins later than expected. the Representative was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products and gave the right recommendations. Also, the charge for the service was quite inexpensive. In the end , I received quality service for less. Thank you Wild Towne Honda!! More
Best Honda Dealer and Service EVER I have a 2004 CRV that I love. This auto is aging but still running very well. I live in Illinois and have had minor service done at other dealers where the experiences can be rated as just so-so. I never felt as if my patronage was truly valued. My daughter lives in Sun Prairie and recently bought a new CRV at East Towne Honda. She was so enthusiastic about the service and personnel that when my air conditioning went out, I decided to get a 'second opinion' from East Towne. Was I in for a pleasant surprise! My service writer, Val Rich, was incredibly knowledgeable and most pleasant. She took the time to explain the process and kept me very informed along the way. Due to the efficiency of this staff, my car was ready as promised with phone calls from Val along the way advising of status. My search for a dealer that values me as a customer and treats me with courtesy and care is over. I'll be certain to bring all of my maintenance to East Towne and when the day comes to replace my vehicle, I'll be purchasing my next Honda there. More
