Service I went to Wilde for the first time just to have the oil changed and had a great experience. Tom Ross was my service advisor and he went above and beyo I went to Wilde for the first time just to have the oil changed and had a great experience. Tom Ross was my service advisor and he went above and beyond what I would expect during my visit. I opted to stay and wait and Tom came to the waiting area a couple of times to tell me about certain things they had found. One thing Tom told me about was that my van had a recall on the gas pump so they fixed it right then after the oil change. The waiting area is very nice and includes several Apple computers for customers use. I was in and out within an hour. I am planning to come back for service again! More

Val is amazing! We brought our truck in for some work and found out that it needed more work than we expected. Val went above and beyond in helping us. Your Staff and their commitment for customer service lead the way! Reputation for honesty, integrity and character for always trying to do the right thing. I believe these characteristics are the moral fiber of the industry and strong company core values. Big difference between money and quality. Each and every one of you ride for the BRAND! The Best When I took our Pilot in for service I had to wait for the vehicle. Cheryl was the best. She found a very comfortable, quiet space for me do my work When I took our Pilot in for service I had to wait for the vehicle. Cheryl was the best. She found a very comfortable, quiet space for me do my work in while I waited 5 hours for my vehicle. She kept me updated as to the status of our service and even offered a ride to pick up some lunch. When our service was completed her team did a superior job. Not only was our Pilot beautiful, but her cleaning guru cleaned our son's carseat. Immaculate Job! More
