Wilde East Towne Honda - Service Center

The only place I go for service I moved out to Wisconsin 2 years ago, but it took me 6 months to a year to find Wilde East Towne. My car at the time (Civic Hybrid) had been in for an oil change where they managed to crack my oil pan. Nick was the last one working that night and was able to get me back on the road very quickly for the repair I needed. Since then, Nick has been the main person I go to, consistently helping me get the service I needed. Since then, I have gotten a new car from Wilde thanks to Nick recommending Nathan, who was a breeze to work with and managed to get me more value for my used car than I was expecting. Even handling the financing paperwork with Steve went great, as he was able to walk me through all the terms of buying my first new car. More

Tom Ross is the best! My low tire pressure indicator light went on as I was headed home from work so I stopped by the dealership. Tom Ross was my service advisor and he went above and beyond what I would expect during my visit. I opted to stay and wait and Tom came to the waiting area a couple of times to tell me about certain things they had found. One thing Tom told me about was that my van had a recall on the gas pump so they fixed it right then after the oil change. The waiting area is very nice and includes several Apple computers for customers use. I was in and out within an hour. I am planning to come back for service again! More

Val is amazing! We brought our truck in for some work and found out that it needed more work than we expected. Val went above and beyond in helping us. Your Staff and their commitment for customer service lead the way! Reputation for honesty, integrity and character for always trying to do the right thing. I believe these characteristics are the moral fiber of the industry and strong company core values. Big difference between money and quality. Each and every one of you ride for the BRAND!
