Mom/Kid Friendly-Rooftop Playground! I scheduled an oil change and was able to get in at a time that worked for me. While I was on the phone, one of their team members told me about their roof top playground! ...Yeah, I know, a playground for your little ones to stay busy not just outside but ON THE ROOF! When we got there we were greeted and an associate showed me where this playground was. It is nice and there's even a picnic table up there. When we were done at the playground, we went downstairs to use the clean restrooms very suitable for nursing and diaper changing. When we finished, we went to the waiting room with a variety of "toys" for all ages (kid toys, TV's, computers, etc). We even went to the mini bar area that had popcorn and other beverages. One of the team members saw that we were eating popcorn and offered to get us water. They saw that my hands looked full and even opened the water for us! This is by far the best place to get an oil change. They are even reasonably priced and go over any issues your vehicle may have and explain it well. THANKS WILDE TEAM :) More

Anxiety - Relief I found out that I had a nail in one tire and it was not repairable. I needed a new tire which technically means at least 2 new tires. I planned on getting 4 new tires at the end of summer, so might as well do them now. I work in Illinois and drive everyday back and forth. 3:00, time to go home from work and I didn't know what to do. Quote in Illinois was high, called another tire place and still didn't feel comfortable with pricing and delivery date. Last minute thought, I called Cheryl to ask her advise. Within 5 minutes, she returned my call and I was on my way to Wilde East Honda. Cheryl gave me a very reasonable quote on 4 tires and said they could get me in today. I was beyond relieved. Safety was the utmost importance to Cheryl and the techs that stayed to ensure that I had good tires on my Pilot. (This is 5:15 pm and I picked up my truck at 6:45) I appreciate the time everyone at Honda puts into their customers. I've never had such an overall great experience with a dealership. More

The only place I go for service I moved out to Wisconsin 2 years ago, but it took me 6 months to a year to find Wilde East Towne. Nick was the last one working that night and was able to get me back on the road very quickly for the repair I needed. Since then, Nick has been the main person I go to, consistently helping me get the service I needed. Since then, I have gotten a new car from Wilde thanks to Nick recommending Nathan, who was a breeze to work with and managed to get me more value for my used car than I was expecting. Even handling the financing paperwork with Steve went great, as he was able to walk me through all the terms of buying my first new car. More
