Bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey as a certified pre-owned in 2019 with an extended warranty. In the fall of 2022 the car just randomly shut off and I could start it but would shut off right away and ask for an 2019 with an extended warranty. In the fall of 2022 the car just randomly shut off and I could start it but would shut off right away and ask for an anti-theft code. Had to have the car towed to the dealer and the mechanics there could not tell me what went wrong and charged me $170 to replace a fuse (still under warranty) and now in May 2023 the cylinder is mis firing and they are telling me that I need to have the piston rings replaced. Car is still under both warranties and they won't cover it because I did the oil changes myself. I had it towed from one repair shop to theirs because I was told by the warranty service and the sales rep that it most likely would. This piston ring issue is all over the internet and they are refusing to work with me. Should have bought a Toyota Sienna maybe instead. More

It was pretty basic vehicle when I came back, Ashley informed me that they had a vehicle that was not on the lot as of yet. She went inside to see get information on it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I test drove it and really liked it but felt I wanted somebody else to give me feedback on the vehicle. She gave me the keys told me to take it for a couple hours and get another opinion. She was the most pleasant person I had dealt with when looking for my SUV. She was knowledgeable, upfront, and honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Very professional. Highly recommend her. More

Recently had my 2007 CRV in for service. Would have not continued servicing my cars there anymore due to service manager Chris. I was made to feel uncomfortable by him and not being able find out what was wrong with my car. He never answered my messages in a timely manner. He was also very condescending when he did talk to me. If it was not for the very professional and caring additude of Darius and Val in service, I would have not returned. After all the repairs were done I was not charged for the added starter repair add on. I really appreciated that and the fact that Darius, Val, and Peter( GM) treated me with honesty and respect. I will never deal with manager Chris again for either of my 2 Hondas. Marge Sparacino More

At our last service appointment the service provided told us our wiper blades were bad, we have not changed them. At this service appointment our wiper blades were magically good again. Our latest appointment wad at 1 pm advisor told us they were running behind, we went back at 5pm to pick up our vehicle and they told us they were looking for the paperwork. An hour later we got our vehicle back. On the paperwork they wrote that we requested a tire rotation that we did not. I just had new tire installed. Service advisor made it sound like they did us a favor by doing it for free. Going to use ford dealer from now on. More
