Great service without pushing for services we didn't need Tom was great and the service was quick. After getting our oil changed the multi-point inspection found that the engine filter was junk and the wiper Tom was great and the service was quick. After getting our oil changed the multi-point inspection found that the engine filter was junk and the wiper blades needed to be changed. Tom told us since our wiper blades needed to be replaced (no longer the factory inserts) and for us to just go and get them at a walmart or someplace else since it would be cheaper. Kudos to Tom for giving it to us straight and for that I will always look forward to working with him in the future! More

I had my one year old with me and Tom Ross went out of his way to help make the experience easier for me than I expected it would be. He was both very cordial and considerate. Tom brought the paperwork into the waiting room for me so that I didn't have to wait in the garage holding my son while juggling paperwork. He also helped me with another non related item that he easily could have deferred to a separate service mechanic. I was empressed and plan on being a replete customer. Thank you Mr Tom Ross More

Cheryl was so friendly and caring that it felt like I was reconnecting with a long lost friend. She got me in to the Service Dept right away, listened, researched, followed up, advised me and gave me frequent status updates regarding my auto repairs. I even got to drive a sporty little Honda Civic while they serviced my car. Every person I met at that dealership was GREAT, including the mechanic, Tim Kesterson, who came in on his own time to get my car finished just in time for me to leave town for my Mother-In-Laws funeral. I loved the clean, beautiful building (popcorn, candy, TV, shopping, and a BEAUTIFUL huge fish tank.) I would definitely recommend Wilde East Towne Honda very highly. I have worked with many different people at Wilde, from service to sales and financing. I have had the pleasure of working with Nick on 2 different occasions and he is been absolutely phenomenal. He not only explains things in a way that anybody can understand, but he takes the time to completely resolve an issue and he NEVER makes you feel like your crazy. He deserves a BIG raise!
