Tom Ross is the best!! I used the express lane for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Tom Ross. Of course I waited until the last minute, but Tom took care I used the express lane for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Tom Ross. Of course I waited until the last minute, but Tom took care of everything I needed to get me on the road to my vacation on time. I prefer to work with the service agent not the receptionist to plan what my car needs. I appreciated being able to work directly with Tom and know who was going to watching out for my vehicle and me. I will definitely be back to Tom for all of my Honda needs! Mara More
Wilde Honda is terrific I was a walk in on a Saturday - did not have an appointment, hoped I could make one. They said, "you're here, why not now?" I got a courtesy ride home I was a walk in on a Saturday - did not have an appointment, hoped I could make one. They said, "you're here, why not now?" I got a courtesy ride home, a call within an hour, there was NOTHING wrong with my car, they DIDN'T CHARGE ME for the complete check of the brakes, and 21 point inspection, and gave me a courtesy carwash! This is my second interaction with this shop - I was there a couple of months ago for the recall work on my airbag - again the service was excellent. I got a free loaner car for the day to go to work, and the service was excellent. A shout out to Tom Ross who was my "service adviser" on Saturday. When I need Honda service, I will go to Wilde. More
Fantastic!!!! I brought my car in after it was hit by a big chunk of tire from a semi. He got me a ride to work, and when it was clear that it would take more than a day, Tony had a loaner car ready for me. He kept me up to date on everything that needed repair, and also helped me with the insurance. I was also very surprised at the final cost. I really thought it would be more. When my husband called to tell about our problem, Tony was able to tell him right away what he thought was going on. We were able to get in right away. Since the problem that was seen with our vehicle was a similar problem with other Pilots and was being recalled by the manufacture, we were able to get a courtesy car. The time told to us for how long it would take was right on target. Both times that I was there, I was treated as important and taken care of in a friendly way. It's nice to go to a place where the dealer is not trying to take advantage of you. Thank you! More
