Fixing Recalls I had to have three recalls fixed on my car and I was told it would take about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I live out of town so I had to plan accordingly. Vacation Repairs One word: Amazing. Our check emissions system light came on unexpectedly in Janesville and after a failure with the dealer out there we contacted Wild One word: Amazing. Our check emissions system light came on unexpectedly in Janesville and after a failure with the dealer out there we contacted Wilde East Towne and Cheryl answered the phone and was our saving grace. She took us immediately when we arrived after another 45 minutes of driving. She and her team had our issues diagnosed in less than 1.5 hours and were able to provide a rental to get our family of three kids under 6 to their final destination while they took care of our van overnight. Though it was a little hiccup they provided such tremendous and compassionate service to us. Their facilities were amazing and provided entertainment to three antsy kids. There are no words to describe how grateful me and my wife are to Cheryl and her team. You would definitely be a regular stop if we lived in this area.
