Love the Wilde experience! I have been a Wilde customer since I purchased my 2014 CRV last November. The new car buying experience was wonderful with our salesperson, Jeremy Ma I have been a Wilde customer since I purchased my 2014 CRV last November. The new car buying experience was wonderful with our salesperson, Jeremy Martin. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and low pressure. He even let us take a test drive without him! My last experience buying a Honda at another dealership wasn't pleasant. The salesman wouldn't let me take the car alone, and when he drove with me, he wouldn't let me take the car on the beltline (where I drove every day!) and made me drive around on roads out in the country by the dealership. I feel that Jeremy and Wilde gave me a fair deal on a beautiful car that I just love! The whole experience was great! We regularly come into Wilde for the free car washes that came with our CRV purchase. It is always quick and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They never make us feel like a bother because we're there for just a car wash! And while we're there, we enjoy visiting with our salesperson, Jeremy. Jeremy is always pleasant and chats with us a bit, if he's not busy. It's nice to be remembered after the sale! I recently came in for my first service experience when my car needed an oil change and tire rotation. I dealt with Wilde Service Representative, Val, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was just so pleasant to deal with! While I waited for my car, I visited the Wilde snack bar where coffee, water and popcorn are available. They also have a tv viewing and computer area for customers. I also took a look at the new vehicles and was approached by a nice salesman who answered my questions about the Honda Fit I was looking at. I told him I was there for service on my CRV, so he knew I wasn't going to buy but he was very pleasant and helpful anyway. In all the times I've been to Wilde, I've never felt pressured by Wilde sales people. This salesperson gave me a flyer about an upcoming Safety Week event at Wilde that offered a free digital fingerprint and photo safety bio document for children! Wow! Wilde cares about their relationship with the Madison community as well as their customers! All in all, I love the Wilde experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for a new Honda or a used vehicle. And I know I will be back when it's time to buy my next Honda! More

Since my husband works out of state during the week, I rely on carpooling to get my older kids to swim and soccer practice. I needed a bigger vehicle to be able to do my share and VALERIE RICH made this happen. Not only did she keep me up to date on our vehicle and the status of the parts that needed to be ordered in (we have Honda Care, and it requires new Honda parts) she called me the very next morning to inform me that the loaner Pilot had just come back in! She made sure it was saved for me. She definitely went above and beyond our expectations! More
Great Experience On A Crazy Holiday Weekend I had an exceptional experience this holiday weekend with Wilde East Towne Honda, specifically with Tony Hernandez! My family and I were heading to Reedsburg from Missouri. Our check engine light came on just north of Janesville so we found the closest Honda dealer and hoped for the best. Tony could not have been more helpful and reassuring during this "there goes the weekend" type of moment. He went above and beyond to get our car in, find us a courtesy car, and help us with the cost of repairs. Its experiences like this that have made us a "Honda family" and will continue to keep us in the Honda family! Looking forward to that 2016 Accord Hybrid! More

We had big plans to listen to audio books as well as our favorite music and I didn't want to be without a radio and CD player. I brought my CRV into the service department thinking I may be out of luck, but Valerie worked magic. She ordered a new system for me, and then when that one arrived defective, she ordered a second and had it installed in time for our trip. She was responsive to my phone calls, professional, and truly seemed to care about solving my problem. Our two week trip was amazing, and the long drive was much more pleasant accompanied by music and Harry Potter. Valerie is a treasure. More

I was treated so well by Wilde! I've gotten my car serviced four times now, and it has never been so easy or comfortable as with Wilde East Town Honda. First I worked with Cheryl, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I have worked with Tony the past three times, and he put forth such excellent customer service. I was extremely impressed. He explained everything so well to me, a person who doesn't know much about cars, and he was so fair with giving me a good deal and making sure I knew everything that was going on with my car. Additionally, he found me a variety of parts and worked with me to find what fit my budget and my needs. Also, the customer lounge is wonderful! Excellent WiFi and free coffee. More

Horrible Communication I usually very much enjoy working with Wilde East Towne Honda, but this was certainly not the case for my last visit. I have the following complain I usually very much enjoy working with Wilde East Towne Honda, but this was certainly not the case for my last visit. I have the following complaints: 1. I was initially told by my service rep that the repair would be covered under the extended warranty. If ordered before 3pm, the parts come in the next day so I made an appointment appropriately. When I brought my vehicle in for the repair, I was informed that the service rep and repair technician later communicated in more detail and determined that the repair would not be covered. Because I would now be paying out of pocket, the part was never ordered and the repair was not made on the day I had scheduled. 2. I decided to file an insurance claim. On the day I filed the claim and insurance adjustor assessed the damage. I called my Wilde East Towne Honde service rep twice that day and she was never at her desk. I left her two voicemail messages explaining the situation and where things stand. I asked her to order the part. Knowing that she had plenty of time to put in the order, I expected the part to be in the next day (Saturday). I asked in the voicemail that I left to please call me back to let me know if I can bring my car in on Saturday. I was never called back. 3. On Saturday morning, I called to speak to my service rep. AGAIN I was told she was not at her desk. I then asked the service receptionist if she could find out when I'm supposed to bring in my car. For the next five minutes, I hear the receptionist relay my questions to my service rep who then answers her. The service receptionist then would relay the answer to me. I was told that the part would be in around Tuesday (what happened to next day delivery?!?!??!?) and the earliest they could get me in was Thursday. I asked what "around Tuesday" means- will it be in by Tuesday or not? At that point I was transferred (finally) to the service rep's phone. She checked her computer and told me that the part was actually in right then, so I could get the repair on Monday. 4. I brought my vehicle in on Monday and gave my service rep my claim # with the insurance company. Well into the afternoon, when I thought my car should be finished and I was about to call about its status, I got a call from Geico. My Geico rep stated that the service rep indicated that she was unaware that I had an adjustor assess the damage and that the two quotes were different (Geico's was lower). Val (the service rep) told Geico that she wasn't going to release the car to me until she had the payment in full and since the adjustor's quote was lower and Geico wasn't going to immediately pay the difference that she wasn't going to release my car. This is why I never received a phone call from her stating that my car was ready even though it had been done for some time! Again, Val never called me. Thankfully Geico did call me to tell me what was going on. Geico also said that they were unable to write a check directly to Wilde East Town because Val told them "she didn't have the Tax ID number of Wilde Eat Towne and she didn't want to go ask someone for it." However, it is standard practice for insurance companies to directly pay for repairs so I'm not sure why she didn't want to give them the Tax ID number. 5. After speaking with Geico, I called Val to find out if my car was done. It was, of course. She then started in launch into a story about her dealings with Geico, saying that she had "been around the world with them." I interrupted her to let her know that I had already spoken with them and I was aware that I would need to pay Wilde East Towne Honda in full myself and get later reimbursement from Geico. Overall, I can not believe the horrible communication skills I experienced! More
