Love WILDE EAST TOWNE HONDA! I had my vehicle in there for service last week. Alhough it took a bit longer than the promised; just over an hour, Tony Hernandez came out to the wai I had my vehicle in there for service last week. Alhough it took a bit longer than the promised; just over an hour, Tony Hernandez came out to the waiting room and updated me on the progress and asked if I needed anything to drink. The place is always clean and the employees are really friendly. While waiting, I helped myself some fresh hot popcorn and some cold bottled water while surfing the internet. Highly impressed by their honesty and customer service in the past, I recommended WETH (Wilde East Towne Honda) to two of my coworkers. One coworker recently bought a 2015 honda CR-V and the other one will be checking you guys out very soon. I'll keep recommending for sure! Keep up the great work, friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service! Ps. I happened to mention that my cigarette lighter wasn't working which I need to charge my phone while on the road. When my service was completed, Tony had mentioned that they fixed that as well, no charge. It was a fuse. This is what I'm talking about! Great service and going the extra mile. More

Ahead of Schedule and Under Estimate The radiator was leaking on my Chrysler Town & Country. I took it in for a diagnosis. It ended up being an expensive and lengthy repair. It looked like the vehicle would have to spend the night in the shop. But Tony put an extra guy on the repair so we could get our vehicle back that evening, plus he found some extra discounts and coupons to finish the repair for less than estimated. Ahead of schedule and under estimate are always nice to hear when getting your car repaired. More

Awesome Customer service!! Joe in service told me to bring my CRV in so that they could take a look at a hose to my windshield fluid lines. A mouse had chewed the line. They rep Joe in service told me to bring my CRV in so that they could take a look at a hose to my windshield fluid lines. A mouse had chewed the line. They replaced the line and gave me a car wash!!! No Charge. Wow!! I am loyal to Wilde Honda and Joe, because I drove in without an appointment and it was completed in 30 minutes!! A+++ service and a comfy waiting room too! More

Excellent service I brought my Fit into Wilde East Towne Honda for routine Maintenance Minder service and to have a brake inspection. My 2012 Fit has 70,000 miles, and I brought my Fit into Wilde East Towne Honda for routine Maintenance Minder service and to have a brake inspection. My 2012 Fit has 70,000 miles, and I hadn't had any brake work done other than a routine and inexpensive brake maintenance service at 30,000 miles. The inspection showed that my brakes still had a few more months left and the rest of the visit went well. My service advisor Valerie Rich did an excellent job of communicating and was able to apply a couple of discounts to the final bill. I had an overall excellent service visit. More

Fantastic!!! I was in the area for a golf trip from Chicago and came into the service area 30 minutes before close with a MAJOR engine issue and Tony Hernandez pro I was in the area for a golf trip from Chicago and came into the service area 30 minutes before close with a MAJOR engine issue and Tony Hernandez processed me and got me back on the road. Over the next few days Tony kept me informed of the status and repair to my car which needed extensive work and provided me a loaner to get back to Chicago. He then coordinated the delivery of my car to my doorstep! Not only did he save my golf trip but reestablished my loyalty to Honda. More
