Love WILDE EAST TOWNE HONDA! I had my vehicle in there for service last week. Alhough it took a bit longer than the promised; just over an hour, Tony Hernandez came out to the wai I had my vehicle in there for service last week. Alhough it took a bit longer than the promised; just over an hour, Tony Hernandez came out to the waiting room and updated me on the progress and asked if I needed anything to drink. The place is always clean and the employees are really friendly. While waiting, I helped myself some fresh hot popcorn and some cold bottled water while surfing the internet. Highly impressed by their honesty and customer service in the past, I recommended WETH (Wilde East Towne Honda) to two of my coworkers. One coworker recently bought a 2015 honda CR-V and the other one will be checking you guys out very soon. I'll keep recommending for sure! Keep up the great work, friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service! Ps. I happened to mention that my cigarette lighter wasn't working which I need to charge my phone while on the road.
