Being the first oil change, it was free and I even got a free car wash. The work was also performed in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the quality of service. Superb service!!! I came into Wilde with alot of uncertainty. Something was up with my tires, but I wasn't sure what. It turned out that I needed all new tires! Ugh! Knowing that I had a big cost ahead of me, Cheryl allowed me as much time as I needed to get competitive quotes. Some of the competitors required 1-2 days wait. Wilde had the tires I wanted in stock and were able to get it done the same day. Cheryl was able to negotiate with the parts dept. to get $30 off each tire too. I was so relieved that the nightmare was over that Cheryl and I hugged when I left. More

With a Toyota service depa I have consistently received outstanding service from the Wilde East Madison Honda service department for my Toyota Camry! With a Toyota service department just down the road from Wilde, Cheryl Romo from Wilde has made me a believer that customer service separates all! I have been using the service department for over a year now and plan on having all of my vehicles services there. I specifically ask for Cheryl when I come and know she is going to take great care of me. Today was no different. Cheryl was training a new colleague in her department which didn't take her attention away from the customer at all. In fact, Cheryl was able to incorporate her new colleague into the conversation and it seemed natural. There is no question in my mind why Cheryl was the "chosen one" to train a new employee of the organization. Thank you Cheryl for consistently providing great service! You by far are the best! More

Tony is fantastic I had an appt to get oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early but Tony said he would get it in right away. 3 codes popped up when Tony looked at I had an appt to get oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early but Tony said he would get it in right away. 3 codes popped up when Tony looked at mileage. Of course this was going to be a very costly and timely visit for an "oil change". However, Tony applied coupons and discounts to make the routine service visit much more friendly to my bank account. Tony offered me a ride to my choice of places and had my car ready 1 hour prior to his predicted time. There are not many dealerships or service shops that will try to save you money when unexpected maintenance is needed. Tony is down to earth, friendly and tell it like it is guy. Thanks Tony for everything. More

Great Service I was driving to Madison for a meeting from Northern WI. My engine light started blinking and the engine was running a little rough. I called as I w I was driving to Madison for a meeting from Northern WI. My engine light started blinking and the engine was running a little rough. I called as I was driving into town and told them my problem and that I had to get to this meeting. Cheryl Romo said to come see her once I arrived and she would have the car waiting for me. After the diagnosis they found that it would be an 8 hour job. I told her I had to be back home that night. She said she had to work on this and then called me back and said they would have the car done by 6 pm. The tech and her stayed late so I could get home that night. Cheryl also checked and found the repair was a recall warranty and said my 2009 Accord was covered. I asked if she could do some maintenance work (oil change, plugs etc) while the car was there. I would never have known about the warranty and the fact the warranty covered the oil change, and plugs. They could have easily taken advantage of me (especially from being out of town) and they did not. They did not even charge for the loaner! More

When I brought it in to have some of the stuff done, Tim looked at things closer and gave his opinion that my transmission was on its way out so might want to rethink putting a bunch of money into it, which I found very refreshing. Valerie was very helpful too keeping things lined up and me informed. I found them very honest and definitely out to save me money. More
