Haven't Ever Recieved Service Like This.. I am an owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot, which I bought in Eau Claire and had never taken my vehicle anywhere but there. After moving to Madison last Sept I am an owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot, which I bought in Eau Claire and had never taken my vehicle anywhere but there. After moving to Madison last Sept. I was in need for an oil change and took it to the closest place I could find. I met Cheryl Romo at a networking group and made my next service visit for Wilde East Town Honda. I knew what to expect, figured it would be just Like Eau Claire. Boy was I wrong. Cheryl remember my name, had yelled it out before I even got out of the car. Took me inside showed me your beautiful location, and set me up with a space where I could do my work. She came out told me what I needed and for once I didn't feel like I was being told everything and anything, she truly cared and was looking out for me, my family and my vehicle. I have gone no where for service apts. since then, but to Cheryl. She really blew me out of the water this past week, with her passion for her job. I was in a accident and pulled over on the side of the road. I was coming back from a client meeting and hit a dog kennel ( no animals were harmed) and I was hysterical. The state trooper told me I needed a tow truck. The first person I called was Cheryl. She got me in contact with a tow truck company and the auto body to work with. Not only was she my car person, she was my hero that day! I truly look forward to my visits with her at the shop. I never thought I would actually enjoy routine service appointments! Thank you Wilde East Towne and Thank you Cheryl! More
Detail I needed to get my vehicle detailed from spilt liquids and dogs my truck was really bad. Val Rich was very helpful. Amazing service We made an appointment to have our Odyssey serviced for several different things. Our appointment time was for 1pm. Being a day before Thanksgiving We made an appointment to have our Odyssey serviced for several different things. Our appointment time was for 1pm. Being a day before Thanksgiving, we happen to be in the area 2 hours before appointment time. We called and spoke to Audrey Aaron who was very accommodating to us. She stated that she would do her best to get our Odyssey in earlier, but couldn't guarantee it, as their were other appointments ahead of us. In fact, once I arrived I told her my issues and thanked her for helping us out. After 5 min or so, they pulled my car off and 45 min. later it was washed and my issues resolved. Audrey is an amazing asset to have at this location and fun person to work with. Anytime I need service, she will be the one I go to. Matter of fact, she is the only reason I would go back to this location. I had a not so fun experience with a Sales manager who ruined the sale of our salesperson. The sales person who we worked with I believe was Nathan Wood. He was also very good and pleasant to work with. No hassle straight to the point. We ended up buying the Odyssey in Appleton because of the pushiness of the Manager and failure to work with us. More

Excellent Service! Stopped in for an unscheduled oil change and was promptly greeted by the service technician, Randy Schmidt. Randy was able to get my vehicle in immediately to be serviced, even though they were extremely busy. Randy took the time to show me around the waiting area and was kind enough to get me a cup of coffee before heading back to his desk. When my vehicle was finished, he went over the service checks that were performed, explained what had been checked and even had my vehicle washed. I was very impressed by the service I received from Randy and the Wilde team. More

Jorge then introduced me to Service Adviser Tony Hernandez who immediately took the time to explain everything his team would do in diagnosing my problem and gave me a loaner at no charge. Over the following week Tony was genuine, honest and timely with his updates and completed the very difficult repair on time and under quote. So, thank you Jorge and Tony, this was not only my best experience with a car dealer but it will always rank as one of the best customer experiences I have had with any business! Easy repair made easier I had a headlamp on my 2012 Fit go out and was pressed for time to get it fixed that day. The shop was very busy, but they were able to get the job done in a timely fashion and for a reasonable price. I have had nothing but great experiences with Wilde Honda in both Waukesha and Madison.
