Everybody in the service department goes out of there way to make you feel welcomed. The mechanics are excellent. The waiting room is very comfortable. I had to bring my 2003 civic in for a recall and worked with an advisor by the name of Audrey Aaroen. She was very friendly and fun to work with. She made my first visit fantastic. She took the time to show me around the dealership and waiting area which is one of the best waiting areas Ive seen in a dealership. Jose is the only reason I return Jose is basically the only reason I return to this dealership. I have dealt with other service advisors there before and they often try to up-sell me Jose is basically the only reason I return to this dealership. I have dealt with other service advisors there before and they often try to up-sell me on stuff that I do not need. Jose does not do this at all. He has a great knowledge of everything automotive. Wilde should ne considering Jose for a promotion as they liked have no idea as to his value. If Jose ever leaves, so will my business. It's that simple. More
