Lack Attention to Detail; No Communication! I need a part replaced on my 2010 CR-V. It took over 45 min and three people helping, for my part to be identified. I made an appointment. 1. The pa I need a part replaced on my 2010 CR-V. It took over 45 min and three people helping, for my part to be identified. I made an appointment. 1. The part was not ordered. 2. No one called me to tell me. 3. When I called to check (I had a 7:00 am appointment and did not want to show up if not ready) I was told the part was not there. So, now I had no valid appointment. 4. Part could not be there for 2 more days. 5. I asked to speak to the supervisor. He was 'unavailable', but would call me back?! Right!** I cannot express strongly enough how these details make a difference to the quality of the service industry. When I think about it how I was treated, I get nauseous. I have a limited window in Madison, and hoped to find more careful, personal service that would have my car repaired in a couple of days. ( this is an easy fix the labor time for which is only 30 min) My current option makes my minimum experience 5 days! By then I will be in another city. My advice: check, and double check. Do not assume you are in the hands of true professionals. Honda needs to tighten up its practice and train its staff to attend to detail. ** Supervisor, Jim did call. He apologized. He helped me set up a new appointment. I still think the customer should beware and check details, personally Unbelievably, a representative from Honda responded to ay that I should have pre-paid for my part. I was NEVER offered the opportunity at this location or any other I visited to try to get this repair done. Are we blaming the customer now? More
They went the extra mile to take care of me! I went to Wilde for the drivers side airbag recall. I decided to also have the oil changed and to look at some transmission issues I was having. I've done a good amount of work on my car myself, but it's just too cold out in January and I couldn't do the airbag or the transmission work myself. I have to say that Cheryl and Allen went out of their way to explain my options and made sure I was taken care of and happy even though there were shipping delays on parts because of the major winter storm we had last week. Allen took time out of his schedule to walk me thru some suggested repairs and explain everything to me. He was Great! I'm sure I'll be back and I'll tell all my friends how nice they were and how well they place is set up for service. Very impressive! More

Car ding repair Bought a new Civic in July and was upset when my car was dinged less than 6 months later. To top it off, the Trident coverage I purchased did not cover the ding as I thought it had. Wilde listened to my concern and is not only having the dent removed free of charge, they are giving my a loaner car while it's getting done! Great customer service! More
No worries On our way home from a road trip from the Wisconsin dells to Chicago, my check engine light in my Odyssey came on several miles from Madison. My Odyss On our way home from a road trip from the Wisconsin dells to Chicago, my check engine light in my Odyssey came on several miles from Madison. My Odyssey began to misfire and I felt that it would not be safe to continue driving another 150 miles with the family. I was only a few miles from the closest Honda dealership. Upon entering the service department, I was approached by their service writer (Randy Schmidt). I can not say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. My Odyssey was quickly inspected and serviced within two hours and my family was back on the highway. Finally I would like to mention that I have been in several Honda dealerships within several states and by far Wilde has one of the finest waiting areas for their customers while waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. An outstanding dealership with an outstanding staff. I may return to Wilde from Chicago in the near future to purchase my next new Honda. More
Jose is AWESOME!! Jose is a great person to deal with. He is first and foremost a car guy. He knows import cars and loves to talk about them. He tells you exactly what needs to be done and he takes care of you. Jose knows how to talk to people. If you understand cars, he talks to you one way and if you don't he changes his approach to match the customer. He is the person I send my wife to. I own 3 Hondas and recently bought a new car from Wilde. Jose is my service advisor. He is the person I call when I want work done on my Hondas. If he says it needs to be addressed, I don't question the guy. I got to much stuff going on in life to have to worry about my vehicle. It's what I pay Jose for. More
