I have an older vehicle and I feel confident that she will provide me with the best advise regarding what needs to be fixed for safety and efficiency and what can be left "as is". Going beyond. I had made an appointment to get a recall completed on my new Honda Fit. They got me in right on time. I had failed to ask how long it would take to c I had made an appointment to get a recall completed on my new Honda Fit. They got me in right on time. I had failed to ask how long it would take to complete when I made the appointment. I found out it would take 4 hours. I had not made arrangements to leave the dealership. I live 50 minutes away. The service person I worked with (Valerie Rich)felt terrible that I would have to wait for so long. She offered to give me a ride to have lunch ( which I declined). Then she gave me her own book to read. When the car was completed she told me to take the book so I could finish it. She said to just drop it off the next time I was in town. as I sat there I had a lot of time to observe her and the other service people. They were friendly, courtious, and took time with all their customers. They offered refreshments. I would definitely recommend Wilde to friends and I hope I get Valerie again as my service person! More
The Extra Val at the dealership not only helped out with my request for an oil change and fixing my daytime running light, but also did a little extra. My engin Val at the dealership not only helped out with my request for an oil change and fixing my daytime running light, but also did a little extra. My engine was slowly leaking oil from somewhere, which I didn't totally realize, but that was an issue I had been frustrated about for a while, and she added a dye to the oil to show where it was leaking and waived that charge. I appreciate it when someone does a little something extra or is able to address the bigger issue, when all I thought I needed was an oil change. More

He promptly returned my phone call, he had courtesy vehicle not only ready but with a minimum of paper work, my 2016 Odyssey pin striping really added flare, work was performed on time, and I even enjoyed free coffee and popcorn. I was so impressed I even told his boss, Jim Hergenroether to give the guy a raise. More
