Fantastic Customer Service !!! I was taking my family on a vacation to the Dells coming from Milwaukee when my Honda Pilot had trouble just near this dealership, on a Saturday. I c I was taking my family on a vacation to the Dells coming from Milwaukee when my Honda Pilot had trouble just near this dealership, on a Saturday. I could tell there was something seriously wrong as my car could not go above 25 mph. Valerie and Mike in service were outstanding. They realized I was not a regular customer, but they still wanted to do everything they could to take care of me. The loaned me a brand new Honda Odyssey minivan for free so we could make it to the Dells and stay on track for our vacation. In all, this whole disastrous experience just added 30 minutes of time to our trip. They said "just fill up the car with gas upon your return" which was awesome. I then drove back to Madison, picked up my car which was repaired properly and I have been fine ever since. What could have been a really bad weekend, has been replaced with a great vacation and a story of how Valerie and Mike made lemonade out of a lemon. I can only imagine how great they would be to deal with if I lived in the area. They were exceptional to deal with. My whole family was impressed. They made me look like a hero. More

Kudos to Valerie and Mike. I bought brand new 2015 crv on 11/13/15 from you, on 12/30 began to notice problems with my transmission- not smooth, rpms up and down without even ac I bought brand new 2015 crv on 11/13/15 from you, on 12/30 began to notice problems with my transmission- not smooth, rpms up and down without even accelerating, would shift when on a flat roadway, then D started flashing continuously! Called wild east town, person in service did not seem overly concerned and knew of flashing D. I took it in ASAP and first service guy seemed concerned and said, ''That sounds serious'', my reply, ''It is, this is a brand new car''. The next guy said we should drive it awhile around the area and see how the car acted. The car didn't do what it had been doing, so the guy said take it home and see what happens. I live 90 min from Madison. Honestly, I was very frustrated at this point feeling like I wasn't being listened to. I drove around awhile and decided I was going back to wild shop and demand my car be put on the computer. They earlier said that wouldn't do any good. I went back and no more got out of my car, and by luck Mike walked over and asked what the problem was, I told him and when he heard about the flashing D, he immediately said, ''You've got a problem and asked for a loaner car for me. Finally someone listened! Then Val started working with me and I can not say enough about her concern and help. They worked on the car, called me to get it, Val said if any more problems bring the car back in. I went home and the car started doing the same thing again within 1-2 weeks. I called Val and she started the ball rolling. She got me a loaner car, she called me to let me know the progress of checking my transmission. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the loaner car. She eventually called to say they were putting a brand new transmission in my car because the tests confirmed there was a major problem. More than once she said, ''I understand how you feel, you want to feel safe in a car, and that's why you chose to buy new''. Val kept me updated on the progress of the repair and I knew she really did care about my situation. I can not say enough about her commitment, concern, and genuineness. She even made sure they put my car through the car wash before I took it home.Kudos to her and also to Mike. I am so happy to have my car back working wonderfully. I know the east town Honda dealership has my back. Thank you from a happy customer. More
