When Heather was the receptionist she always brightened my day, even tho I don't see her as often as I used to. When I come in for service I still see her in passing once in awhile and she is always kind, professional, and most of all; helpful. She never has an issue dropping what she's doing to help me out with a question I may have (no matter how difficult I may be). No Charge! I tend to do some of the easy maintance on my Honda and there parts department has been very Helpful - parts arrive in a timely manner and the prices seem very fair. Above and Beyond I have been working with Cheryl Romo recently and have been having a great time - well, as great as it can be with car problems - both with service an I have been working with Cheryl Romo recently and have been having a great time - well, as great as it can be with car problems - both with service and advice. Cheryl has always cheerfully talked with me about my problem and gone well out of the expected way to help with or resolve my concerns. This last time it was not even a needed service issue but something foolish I had done with my CRV for which I needed an uncommon part to remedy. She checked with parts, made several calls back and forth, tried to help get the part to me and was always glad to work with me. All the rest of the people I dealt with when I picked up the part, specially at the parts desk, were very friendly and helpful also. Thank You Cheryl ! More
Excellent and not so excellent I needed a few things serviced on my vehicle and talked to Randy on the phone. He was nice and very helpful. I felt like I was in good hands. Everything was going good when I arrived at dealership, Randy greeted me and we talked about the services I was there for. I had recently had my windshield replaced by safelite and they told me I may need to have my camera in windshield recalibrated. So I told Randy that. He said they'd look at it and if it didn't need to be done I wouldn't be charged for it. Also my van possibly needed new filters. I said if I can get away with another month I'd like to wait because I'm on a budget. He said that was fine and he'd talk to the guys working on it. Fast forward to the end and Randy says they couldn't recalibrate the camera because their computer they hooked up to my van said there was an internal problem with the camera and I'd need to call safelite and talk to them about fixing the issue with the camera and then bring it back to recalibrate it. He shook my hand and said just go to the cashier and my van would be waiting in the garage. So I went to the cashier and I found out I was charged for everything! I understand they tried to recalibrate the camera but it couldn't be done so they charged me $50 for attempting to do something to my car. I was mad to say the least. I paid and went to my van. Then noticed they didn't wash it. Washing it is a free service they provide. So I said something to one of the workers, which happened to be Mike, that was in there at the time. He informed me the car wash wasn't working but they just got it fixed and they'd wash it if I wanted to wait. I agreed, why not? Then I asked Mike about scratches on my door and told him I had touch up paint if he could do it for me. Upon careful examination he said he thought wet sanding could take it out. At that moment a detailer walked in and Mike called him over and they discussed it and Mike said they could do it right now if I wanted to wait. Of course my next question was how much was it. That sounded expensive. Mike said they'd do it for $20/40 dollars. I said yes please! So they took my van and we waited. It was done relatively quick and it looked great! I had a nice car again! Mike then said the system was down and to not worry about the cost. I was ecstatic! That was seriously some amazing customer service and then to get it done with no charge was icing on the cake. Thank you Mike!! Although I got charged for something they couldn't do, I didn't get charged for something they did do so I say we are square. When I was leaving I mentioned the calibration and Mike noticed they had charged me and wrote on my receipt not to charge me when I come back to recalibrate it. So that was amazing too! I was going to leave feeling down but Mike saved the day. I would definitely recommend this service department and I will be going back for all my servicing needs. I may not be dealing with Randy in the future as I don't think he understands what it means to someone to be on a budget. But it all worked out. More
Doesn't return phone call! I have been working with Cheryl Romo for over a year now with my two Honda vehicles since the previous service specialist left. I have had nothing bu I have been working with Cheryl Romo for over a year now with my two Honda vehicles since the previous service specialist left. I have had nothing but bad experiences with her. It started when she ordered the wrong color seat belt for my van and the poor service continues. I like to call to find out a good time to get an oil change done to avoid a long line. She doesn't return my calls, including last Friday. In the past, I end up just driving in there to get it done and hope for not a long wait. R.G. More

I tried changing my own engine filter and broke 2 of the bolts off, so rather than risk breaking the other 2 I took it in to have it looked at. Randy Schmidt was my service adviser and he was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Tim Kesterson was my mechanic and he managed to get the bolts out in only a few minutes. He was also incredibly friendly and I felt like I was in good hands. Rather than charging me crazy labor rates and part costs like most dealerships, I was only charged a few dollars for the 2 bolts and they even washed my car! You don't get that kind of service at any of the other dealerships in the greater Madison area. I don't have enough positive things to say about Wilde Honda, so if you're in the market for a new car or need service this is absolutely the place to go! More

Once I learned they were in Madison I immediately looked for a Honda dealership and was delighted one was so close. I'm a life-long Honda owner and use our local dealership for service. I called and talked to Cheryl and asked if they could squeeze her in quickly to look at the tire. Cheryl went above and beyond to take care of them and got them back out on the road quickly - and had the tech do a quick multi-point inspection, which I didn't even ask for to double check. Madison, you're lucky to have Cheryl Romo and Wilde East Towne Honda!! More
Great customer service every time I visit. I purchased a Honda Pilot at Wilde in March, 2015. I received excellent service from that day, forward. I live in Milwaukee, but come to Madison to get my SUV serviced at Wilde because I like the service that much. Most recently, I brought it in for an oil change and car wash. I was greeted by, and worked with, Cheryl Romo that day. She was the epitome of customer service! I've met Cheryl before, and her behavior and attitude is consistent: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable & has a good sense of humor. I was heading out of town on this particular day, and she made sure to mention that to the gentlemen that would be changing my oil, so there wouldn't be any unnecessary delays. There were no delays, but I also felt confident that they did a good job because they called up to Cheryl to make sure to let me know about something they found that another establishment had left behind when changing my oil last. Definitely won't be going back there! I've learned my lesson and will be coming to Wilde for all of my service needs. More
