Always Willing to Take Care of Anything I Bought a Used Vehicle from Wilde that was not a Honda, and the buying experience went so well that while finishing the paperwork I opted in for a ma I Bought a Used Vehicle from Wilde that was not a Honda, and the buying experience went so well that while finishing the paperwork I opted in for a maintenance package for oil changes as well as tire rotations. That has been over three years ago. Since then my experiences bringing in my vehicle for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance has proven to be just as good as my buying experience. Cheryl Romo always takes the time to discuss the work that is scheduled to be done, my concerns if any exist, and is in contact if something unexpected is encountered. The work is always completed in time and my vehicle returned as clean if not cleaner than when I dropped it off. I've had some unexpected issues and Cheryl has always been able to work with me to get my vehicle in for repairs. It's nice to be able to visit a Service Department and not have to worry about being treated as a number, but as an individual they care about, and Cheryl certainly does. More
Overall Great Experience and Knowledgeable staff I originally went to Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, WI because I was in the market for a used 2014 Honda Accord. Upon arrival I met with Mike Will I originally went to Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, WI because I was in the market for a used 2014 Honda Accord. Upon arrival I met with Mike Wills who took me out to the all the used Accords they had on the lot. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful he was able to answer all my questions and if he didn't have the answer he would find someone who did. I test drove 3 Accords that day which provided me a good feel for what I would be buying. After the test drive it was clear to me that I wanted to buy a Accord EX-L Model and I wanted the White Orchid Peal with the Ivory interior. Unfortunately Wild did not currently have this color on the lot in the model and year I was looking for. Long story short I ended up buying a 2014 Accord EX-L from a Toyota dealership in Plover, WI. The next day after I purchased my car I emailed Mike Wills and told him I bought an Accord and he was very happy for me. I asked Mike if I could bring my car in to Wild to get some assistance on learning all the bells and whistles this car had. Since I bought it from a Toyota dealership they knew little to nothing about the Accords. I already have been to Wild East Towne of Madison 2 different times to meet with Mike. Mike spent time with me going over all of the car features and even had Todd Kaun a sales and leasing consultant help me understand what I need to get my navigation projected on my screen in my car. I also just bought 4 all weather floor mats from Wilde the last time I was in. My car also came with a remote start and I had no idea of how to get it to work. Mike and Todd both were helping me figure this out and then they had Scott Jensen come over to help. Scott knew right away how to use the remote start and showed me how to use the remote. I am very grateful that Mike has welcomed me into the Honda family at Wilde East Towne Honda. Mike told me himself "Even though we couldn't earn your business this time around you still are apart of the Honda family and we are here to help". I will continue to bring my Accord to Mike and the Honda dealership over the years as I need service and have questions. I also told Mike in 4 or 5 years when I am looking to get into a new 2019 or 2020 Accord I would like to purchase it as Wilde East Towne. Overall, my experience has been great at this dealership and I would encourage everyone who reads this and is considering buying a new Honda, give these guys a shot they do a great job! More
Service Installation Valerie was fantastic! She worked with me very closely to get a hitch receiver installed on my CRV. When the service techs brought up a different kind Valerie was fantastic! When the service techs brought up a different kind of hitch, Valerie instantly questioned it and called me right away to clarify what we were expecting to be installed. The price was very fair and ended up being less than we had expected. The hitch is installed beautifully. I am so glad we went with a Honda certified part, had Wilde install it, and had Val as our service adviser. Very impressed. More

Elisha went above and beyond what I would have expected compared to my experience with other car dealerships. She honored our warranty even though the eventual problem was not supposed to be covered. However I will still be a Wild customer because of the great knowledge, honesty and friendly manner of Cheryl Romo. I dealt briefly with several other service representatives at Wild. But Cheryl Romo stepped up and took ownership of my noisy starter problem. She listened, she explained and she made commitments she knew she could follow through on. The result is one very, very happy Wild customer, me. I owned a computer store for twelve years. If all my employees were Cheryl Romos I would still be in that business today. She is the epitome of what a sales & service company wants on their staff. More

Valerie Rich, Grindel's service advisor, was instantly on the spot ready to be sure Grindel's issues were recorded and my questions asked. Mostly tho she advised me about what services the crew would provide while thoroughly and professionally answering all of my questions and concerns. We have a service plan. Escort to the waiting area for a comfortable wait. Love the popcorn and coffee which I look forward as routine as I catch up on some reading. Wilde has it all covered. Every detail! When the highly trained and certified crew is finished with fast, comprehensive, and reasonably priced service, Grindel's after visit summary was presented. Valerie again flawlessly navigated me thru it all adding detail, insight and explanation to my inquiries. She also foreshadowed the next milestones to expect for Grindel's continued care. I anticipate no big surprises for our next visit and I can budget ahead. First line professionals like Val keep me coming back to Wilde. She lays the groundwork for a successful and satisfying visit.
