We decided to go through with the sale because we got the vehicle we wanted but also because the overall experience and atmosphere was as good as it gets. Karen in finance was great. Felt like just stopping in to say hi today because she was so friendly when we handled the paperwork. I'm still amazed I bought an extended warranty, but after discussing it with her I felt like it was the right decision. Of course I'll be happy to never need it. The follow-up has been even more of the same - ensuring we are satisfied and making sure any questions are addressed. We just had some purchased options installed today and Cheryl in service couldn't have been more friendly and interested. It's makes you feel pretty special when you pull in and someone opens your door and introduces themselves by saying your name. That shows they care and it is appreciated. After our options were installed I had a question about one of the features and Josh was prepared and took the time to ensure the feature was working properly and I understood how to use it moving forward. Everyone we have dealt with at Wilde East has been a professional. Doing the simple things well, recognizing people and enjoying what they do. Unfortunate to say but it's unusual these days. Great deal with an Extra Mile I just purchased a Certified Honda Odyssey from Leticia and got a great deal. There was one item that needed replacement on the van and she ordered the part for us. It arrived in less than a week and we went in to get it installed. When we arrived on a Saturday at 3:56 p.m. we found out that the regular service techs went home a 4:00 p.m. The Service Manager immediately checked to see if she could catch one of them before they left. One super-helpful tech gladly stayed late to install the new part. They went the extra mile for us and we greatly appreciated their effort because we live about 1 1/2 hours away from Wilde. While I was waiting for the part to be installed, I checked out their "Green Roof". Besides its beauty, it showed that Wilde goes the extra mile for our environment as well. We thought it would take some time to get it back, so we tried to schedule a drop off and set up a loaner car. We really didn't want to be without our new car for long though. Michael Owens (our awesome salesperson) was VERY helpful in getting things scheduled and even met me in the Service Department and drove our Pilot over to the body shop himself! Elisha Lone set up the repair for us in the system and we extremely accommodating to my tight schedule. Long story short, we thought the hood would have to be repainted, but with the team at Wilde was able to get a quick review and repair at the auto body shop without having to do any major work. I got the car back within an hour and it looked great. Elisha even left the work order open for me to have a couple of days to be sure the paint stays looking great! Awesome job of customer service by both Michael and Elisha. I am very happy with my first service experience on our new Pilot! More
Now this is true customer service! Having been on the road for over 5 hours and about 100 miles from home, our low tire pressure indicator light came on. With some good fortune we were near Wilde East Towne Honda. As we entered the service area and explained our concern, my wife and I met Mike. He was very concerned and took care of us immediately. Mike was hands on in checking our Honda CRV. He found that one of our tires was at a low pressure compared to the others: 24 PSI to approx. 33 PSI on the other tires. He explained several possible causes. When I suggested simply adding more air to bring up the PSI and driving the 100 miles home, without hesitation he said "NO" Let me tell you, it is rare to find a person so caring! To the general manager at Wilde East Towne Honda, Mike is a valuable employee and you are lucky to have him! He had our low tire looked at and a hole was found and repaired. We were not charged for this amazing service. We were back on the road and left your dealership feeling blessed and grateful. Thank you Mike! Joe and Kathy Diedrich More

Awesome Service Advisor We left our home in Virginia Beach, VA on July 23, 2016 heading for Minnesota and on July 25 about 25 miles from Madison on I-90/I-94 some object on t We left our home in Virginia Beach, VA on July 23, 2016 heading for Minnesota and on July 25 about 25 miles from Madison on I-90/I-94 some object on the highway sliced the side of our tire on our 3-month old CRV. Once AAA responded and our spare was put on we proceeded to this dealership and were greeted immediately by one of the most pleasant individuals. Her name is Elisha Lone. She immediately called the parts department and a Continental tire to fit our vehicle was not in stock and would not be available for a day. We did not have a day. This young lady immediately really wanted to put a Continental tire on the car and started calling people in town who she thought might have a tire to fit our vehicle but no luck. Your dealership did have a Bridgestone so that is what we purchased and put on the vehicle so that we could proceed with our trip. Elisha was one of the most pleasant, caring and thoughtful individuals that we have experienced. She certainly went above and beyond and is a definite asset to your dealership. Above and beyond My family and I were just able to make it to Wilde East Towne Honda at closing time on a Friday night as our van was dying. Even though Michael Owens and Phil Hogans were just locking up, they were understanding and grascious; they assessed the van quickly and told us that the vehicle would be their top priority. They locked our van in the garage, since it was loaded for our vacation, and brought out a loaner vehicle for us to get to a nearby hotel. Michael stayed with us until we were able to confirm a hotel reservation and took the time to make sure we were acquainted with the rental vehicle. The next morning we received a call at 7 am with an update on our van. By 9:30 our van was repaired. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and their fantastic service saved our vacation. I highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda. More
