He even checks on your vehicle when it's in for service and personally calls you when it's done. The folks in the service bay are just as awesome. They're friendly as can be and go out of their way to be helpful; all of them, men and women. Mike Spellman wrote me up initially and came out when I picked up my vehicle to see if I was satisfied with the work. Josh Rouse did the detail work and it was SPOTLESS.... OMG, better than new and they even said it would be like showroom new condition when a I got it and it was. When it went in it had a Winter's worth of filth on and in it and somehow they got rid of it all! I've since recommended them to others for detail work as that was the best job I've ever gotten anywhere. I have to apologize for not remembering the ladies names in the service bay as they were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with as well. Ditto for the phone folks. More

I felt that she "went to bat" for me on an issue that was easily overlooked at purchase. (no fault of anyone, just something that wouldn't show up until some usage.) Repair will be attempted at a later date but I wanted to say that she was very helpful in explaining everything and I didn't feel slighted. I booked an appointment today for the repair in the next few weeks and look forward to working with the staff again. I am new to this business but thus far, I couldn't be more complimentary about the way they have treated me and addressed any issues with the used vehicle I purchased. More

I received fantastic customer service last summer as I was traveling through Madison in my 2011 CRZ. CHERYL ROMO and her service tech were amazing! I was traveling southbound from Waupaca, WI with a dead battery, I received a jump start and new I needed a new one quickly. I called Wilde East Towne Honda, and to my delight, Cheryl Romo turned out to be the most outstanding service advisor I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. You had my battery, but it was approaching closing time and I was still far north. CHERYL assured me she would stick around and even had a service tech volunteer to stay late too. CHERYL set it up perfectly; I would pull into the service reception area, and they would exchange the battery right there on the spot. CHERYL took all my information over the phone while I was in route, I pulled in AND SURE ENOUGH: she had the invoice ready, I paid, and by the time I walked back to my car it was set with the new battery and the job completed in minutes. By Far and Away: THAT'S the best customer service I have ever received. Way to go, Cheryl! Way to go, Wilde East Towne Honda! More
Great experience at Wilde Honda I went in for a front brake job for my 2012 Honda Fit. My Fit had 110,000 miles and was still on the original brakes! Needed Answers I took my Honda Odyssey to another local dealer and had a horrendous experience. Paid to have work completed and issue with the TPMS wasn't resolved. I took my Honda Odyssey to another local dealer and had a horrendous experience. Paid to have work completed and issue with the TPMS wasn't resolved. They wanted to charge me again to diagnose the issue that they were paid to resolve. Left me no other choice than to try another dealership. Enter Cheryl and Wilde East Towne Honda. Cheryl listened in shock to my story and tried to understand how that could have happened. She stated up front that she'd still have to charge a diagnostic fee but promised to provide answers to what was happening and why and how it would be resolved. She was extremely polite, professional, and just a pleasure to work with. She and her staff were able to diagnose the issue and provide me with the answers I needed to get the issue resolved. Even identified something that was previously missed and provided even better answers for that issue. All in all, I would highly recommend Cheryl and Wilde East Towne Honda. I will return for service and specifically request Cheryl when I do. Thank you Cheryl and WETH!! More

Dropped car in at 10AM and was back in it by 3PM. Cheryl Romo, despite having quite the workload, was courteous and professional -- a pleasure to deal with. Richie, the shuttle driver, was safe and prompt and fun to converse with. I'll be reaching out to Cheryl again for my future Honda service needs. Dealerships can be a little pricier than third-party auto-repair shops, but the excellent customer care combined with Honda-certified work means it's worth every penny. Get your work done here and sleep soundly knowing the experts are handling it! More
