Not only did she keep an open line of communication, but was able to coordinate a loaner vehicle during one of the coldest days in decades so we could get my daughter to an unexpected dr’s visit. She had a loaner at my work within ten minutes of a request and followed up to check on my daughter. What an incredible act of kindness and service. I would pay extra for a future vehicle just for this type of service. More
Valerie "Val" Rich I met Val, completely by accident (an employee, who is no longer there, lost track of my car after a service appointment). She was so determined to he I met Val, completely by accident (an employee, who is no longer there, lost track of my car after a service appointment). She was so determined to help me, and she did it with such care and humor, that I started asking directly for Val when I needed my car serviced. My impression from that day (in 2014) has been the same since- Val Rich is trustworthy and honest and kind and fair in a business consumers can find intimidating. And every time I am treated with respect and fairness. Mike Spellman was my first service manager when I started with Wilde and even though he has moved from upstairs to downstairs he always checks on me to make sure than all my questions and needs are being addressed. That is continued dedication and care to customer service. Luis Roman is my new guy upstairs and I look forward to working with him to keep my Honda running great. It is the consistent small and simple things that build lasting relationships, loyalty and trust. More
Charges me for tire rotation but it seems they don't do it a I paid for the tire rotation during my B1 service recently at Wilde east Honda. After that I had to give my car for a puncture fixing which was alread I paid for the tire rotation during my B1 service recently at Wilde east Honda. After that I had to give my car for a puncture fixing which was already on the rear left tire. After the rotation it should come to front right. So when I gave it to Firestone for repair I asked them to check the front right tire.but they came back saying the puncture was in rear left itself. Which means they didn't do the rotation.i asked about that in email to the service manager.its been two weeks since then and he doesn't even have the courtesy to respond. So pissed off with this showroom. More

Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the n We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning. I've been very pleased with all my visits to Wilde East Towne Honda; top-notch service, great customer care, and wonderful amenities while waiting. And now, Cheryl's willingness to go above and beyond her responsibilities to help the customer only further affirm that we will be keeping our business with Wilde East Towne for years to come! More

bought a vehicle from jerry ortega the Chevrolet traverse we bought two years ago in the winter when we went to summer ac didn't work took to Wilde and they recharged realizing the leak the Chevrolet traverse we bought two years ago in the winter when we went to summer ac didn't work took to Wilde and they recharged realizing the leak was behind the dash and expensive to fix told us it was fine. i recently took to a mechanic was told 1300 to repair. then tried to refinance to a real loan and had to pay 8500 to get to value. Cheryl and Valerie-superior customer service I recently had my rear brakes and rotors replaced at Wilde East Towne Honda. When I dropped off my vehicle Cheryl and I discussed having the rear brak I recently had my rear brakes and rotors replaced at Wilde East Towne Honda. When I dropped off my vehicle Cheryl and I discussed having the rear brakes replaced and an alignment performed. I left the service center and went to lunch. While I was eating Valerie phoned me and suggested I should postpone having the alignment completed until I replaced my tires. I appreciated her insight and integrity. Approximately 15 minutes later Cheryl phoned me and also recommended I wait until my tires were replaced (they are at 2/32 tread depth) to have the alignment completed. Cheryl had gone to lunch and upon her return she read the technician notes. She promptly reached out to me prior to having the alignment performed in an effort to save the expense until my tires were replaced. As she always does, Cheryl advocated for the customer. I sincerely appreciate both Cheryl and Valerie contacting me and acting with integrity. I was fully expecting an alignment and would have been happy had it been conducted. However, Cheryl and Val both recognized an alignment was not necessary and alerted me immediately when they realized the alignment should be delayed until my tires were replaced. This simple act functioned to create an increased level of trust, confidence and loyalty between myself and these 2 individuals. Please commend both Cheryl and Val for their exemplary work and commitment to superior customer service! More
