Pat, I want to apologize for the poor service you received with the accident repair on your Crosstour. There were several complications that delayed completion of the work including two different insurance supplements (insurer had to come back in) that were needed beyond the initial estimate. Although this caused delays, we did not do a good job of communicating with you and explaining the details. We should not have relied on the insurance company and the body shop to keep you updated. That was our responsibility. I have used this as a training tool with my staff to improve our communications with our customers. I trust everything is now okay with your vehicle and it is running good. If not, or if you have any questions about the repairs made to your vehicle, please call me at (608) 316-2315.
