November 2020 - Driving into Wilde Honda East Towne Honda, Madison service garage, Service Advisor, Darius Golden, stood out. He looked so friendly, I was drawn to him immediately. And he was certainly that; friendly, courteous, and polite. Darius is a good listener since every item I asked to be done had been completed. Some past experiences at other dealerships have included being told my vehicle was done, then arriving to pick it up only to discover that a service I had asked for was either missed or not included on the service order at all. Both resulting in my time being wasted in their waiting area or by having to return another time. Darius kept in contact updating me with each serviced item including repairs the technician and he recommended for my Odyssey. Darius answered my questions and explained the repairs in a way that I understood then provided me with a repair estimate. I was truly impressed with Wilde Honda's Service Advisor, Darius Golden, and will certainly ask for him for all my future Odyssey servicing. Keith / Madison More

PROBLEM SOLVERS! I had a major problem with a 2019 Ridgeline I purchased at Wilde East Town Honda. I chose it because it had Honda Sensing, a safety feature I wanted i I had a major problem with a 2019 Ridgeline I purchased at Wilde East Town Honda. I chose it because it had Honda Sensing, a safety feature I wanted in anticipation of a 1600+ mile trip pulling a trailer, and because it had every other feature i wanted in the last vehicle I’ll ever buy. Two months later, my trailer was ready two hours away. On the way back, pulling the trailer for the first time, I wanted to have the experience of using Honda Sensing. But I couldn’t figure out how to access it, so several days later I went to the dealership to have them walk me through it. The manager immediately realized that it wasn’t installed in my vehicle. “What?!?”, quoth I, looking for the vehicle description that I had printed out. Sure enough, Honda Sensing was listed. Here’s the thing: the manager immediately took the page to the owner, who authorised a generous solution that was easy to accept. Everyone was apologetic and sincere, and earned my trust. I had installed a cap on the 2019, and they arranged for the cap dealer to move it to the 2020 Ridgeline. Kudos especially to Sam Carpenter, who went above and beyond every step of the way. This is a First Class dealership in every way, and, in this current environment of a pandemic, every CDC guideline is observed. Masks for every employee, cleaning stations set up, social distancing, et al. Sam used antiseptic wipes to clean any touch surfaces for me prior to being seated at his desk, and provided a cleaned pen for my sole use. More

Impeccable Service I cannot recommend Wilde East Towne Honda more! We were traveling from Michigan to Minnesota and were in an accident just south of the dealership. After pulling into the service center, someone took a look at our Honda van and within minutes, it was brought down to the shop. It was determined that we had a cracked radiator. Immediately a part was ordered, picked up, and within a few hours, we were back on the road with a working vehicle. Alan Reichert's service that day was outstanding. The care and concern he showed for our family made a stressful situation, doable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during the wait and ensured we could continue in our travels. I can't say enough encouraging words about the entire staff at Wilde East Towne and HIGHLY recommend this dealership! More
